Of all the places in all the towns, in all the world, Planned Parenthood chose a Catholic church historical landmark in which to hold a rally on October 2.

St. Cajetans Church, a Spanish Colonial structure built in 1925, is now owned and a part of the Auraria college campus in Denver.

St. Cajetans is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and no longer houses a parish. Auraria now uses it as a “multi-purpose auditorium for lectures, concerts, recitals and other community events,” according to Wiki.

Nevertheless, there are many venues Planned Parenthood could have chosen for its event. It is no coincidence that it picked a Catholic landmark.

Pro-life activists picketed the event while abortion proponents touted their wares.
