by Hans Johnson
Hollywood celebrities have recently urged the signing of a Bill of Reproductive Rights:

But despite half a century of abortion advocacy from Hollywood and the mainstream media, more women consider themselves pro-life than not. Here is a response to them produced by Concerned Women For America:

One of the 1st women directors, Lois Weber, made a film protesting against abortion entitled “Where Are My Children?”
Sex goddess Jayne Mansfield opposed abortion and was a mother to 5 children.
1940s and ’50s actress Barbara Payton said that when she was pregnant, “I considered suicide but never abortion.” Barbara Payton was no prude. Her extreme promiscuity, even by Hollywood standards, along with heavy drinking helped to derail her once-promising career.
How about forming a group called “Sexpots Against Abortion”?
That would almost be cool. And we can even avoid demeaning terms like “sluts”. :D
Oh, Hollywood…
I should perhaps add that Lois Weber’s “Where Are My Children?” had a plot focusing on a prosecutor taking on a doctor who had performed an abortion in which the female getting the abortion had died. Director Lois Weber’s proposed solution to girls and women dying in abortions was not legalizing abortion. It was enforcing the existing laws so abortions would not be performed.
Oh Kevin Bacon…..you don’t speak for me.
Their video is HILARIOUSLY PATHETIC!!
Um, Tea Leoni, you have the vilest most blasphemous potty mouth I’ve heard in my life. Sure they bleeped you out, but I could see what you were mouthing about the Mother of God. Are you seriously calling on Her–with expletives–to support you in this?
@Jamie: You’ve evidently never had the misfortune to listen to the Queen of Potty Mouth’s, Sandra Bernhardt…but don’t bother…she makes Cher look tame.
lol what am I waiting for? Apparently what they thought I was waiting for was for Hollywood to tell me what to think. No thanks
Those self-entitled, spoiled Hollywood starlets definitely don’t speak for this woman!
