Pro-life vids of the day: Gosnell movie nears fundraising goal

The fundraising goal for a TV drama about Kermit Gosnell is now more than halfway met, with the support of some popular Hollywood celebrities. Among them are actor Nick Searcy of the tv show Justified and Kevin Sorbo of the current film God’s Not Dead. Here he and wife Sam read from the Grand Jury report of Gosnell’s crimes:

The proposed film by Phelim McAleer and his wife Ann McEhinney has already become the largest crowdsourcing project to use the site Indiegogo. You can see Ann read from the Grand Jury testimony here, here, and, in part three, here:

I must say, I have been pleasantly surprised by how fast money has been coming in for this project. I was initially concerned that their goal might have been too ambitious, but it appears that they will make it.
I’m happy to be one of the almost 14,000 that have already donated. I hope everyone here does so as well. You can donate as little as $1, and if they don’t make their budget amount, the money gets refunded.
So, there will be a propaganda movie for the choir to rave about?

Yeah, Gosnell didn’t actually murder those born-alive babies and leave that woman to die, they were just imaginary propaganda cooked up by evil Wall Street hedge-fund managers. Be honest Merit, you have no problem with infanticide, do you?

I’m actually just surprised “merit” does not realize that her commentary does not advance the pro-abort agenda but further marginalizes it.
No feminist to date has touched Gosnell based on the facts and yet she did. Go figure :(

I would imagine Gosnell is one huge embarrassment to the feminists. Didn’t legal abortion mean vermin like him would be kept out of the abortion business instead of being given the blessing of the state?
Exactly Mary, more reason for feminists to avoid him like the plague. Logic would dictate that if they are to be taken seriously. Again, go figure….

Well, Chris, if the movie is propaganda to give the impression that all abortion doctors are like Gosnell, I rest my case.
But, keep preaching to the choir.
The folks who want to make the movie aren’t typical pro-lifers. the film that they made previously had nothing to do with abortion. When merit uses words like “choir” and “propoganda” she proves the filmmakers’ point… And misses it!
