Pro-abort opines: Pro-lifers on Jill Stanek not exactly “pro-lifey”

Ah, I know. It was the last thing you wanted to read. Her name is associated with being a great martyr for the pro-choice/pro-access cause, or she is the demon-come-lately to anti-choicers, a creature of the night with no soul, the high priestess of child sacrifice. Heck, I can’t even print most of the threats this woman has received.
Even the most “pro-lifey” of all the “pro-lifers” on Jill Stanek’s site can’t help but comment that due to the emotional issue of abortion, death threats are to only be expected. Not sure how you file that under “pro-life,” but we all know the minds of antis are capable of the great mental gymnastics needed to justify horrible behavior in the name of Jesus.

Jill Stanek is a nurse turned speaker, columnist and blogger, a national figure in the effort to protect both preborn and postborn innocent human life.

I never said that pro-lifers would or should make death threats. We don’t even want to. We have always insisted that pro-lifers do not accept that killing is ever a solution to any problem.
But there are a lot of people who accept the ethos of abortion. They believe that killing solves problems. The Culture of Death is still very strong in this nation. And when such a person is hurt or threatened by abortion, he or she could be tempted to violence and death threats.
Pro-lifers are accustomed to violence and threats from pro-aborts. The sidewalk is not a safe place.
And sometimes we talk about how we might even have to take a bullet in order to save a deathscorter or PP staffer from some sad and angry post-abortive mother or father of a murdered child.
My point is that pro-lifers are not violent. But a lot of people are violent, and many of them have been hurt by abortion. When they lash out at some public support for abortion, don’t blame the peaceful pro-lifers.
Violence begets violence. Abortion kills, and attracts killers. Pro-lifers want to stop this even more than the abortion industry does.
Oh as if! One time we were protesting at the Surgi Center and a nurse named Carol came out as she often did to induce conflict. She was easily angered at the site of us. She always calls the cops too. Anyway one day she came out swinging a letter opener and dared one of the guys to come near. Then she honed in on my friend from Silent No More and got very close to her. Although Carol is small we were a little worried about what she might do. She proceeded to yell “So if you didnt WANT an abortion you never should have had one you fat W*ore!!!!” My friend was totally shocked.
The Choice crowd is violent. They do satans work. But Oooooh they are such bastions of tolerance.
Whaaaaat? Oh come on now. If you were really wanting to go extremely pro-life you’d have to go with me, with the vegetarianism and the anti-death penalty and etc, etc, etc. I’ve never heard anyone on the pro-life spectrum shrug off death threats to anyone, everyone I’ve heard wants no one hurt.
The extreme of pro-life is… Really pro-life people. What this person might be talking about is extremely anti-abortion people, a whole other segment.

I don’t condone death threats against anyone, and I don’t condone violence except in cases of self-defense.

The cops who come to Surgii Center generally take the pro lifers side because the clinic is always making bogus calls. Ive seen the police tell Carol to get back inside or face arrest for false calls. They KNOW she is an antagonizer. Shes very careful not to threaten. The day she had the letter opener she was coming from the 4th floor to mail a letter. But she does have a hair trigger temper.
Their blog entries are so full of logical fallacies, I wouldn’t know where to begin. Back to the issue at hand, I’ve been commenting at this blog for seven years and although we certainly have our ideological differences, I don’t recall anyone (especially the regulars) making or condoning death threats here, it feels like a huge straw man & stereotyping to me. The people who made death threats towards Emily Letts are not the same people who comment at this blog and they are certainly not “pro-life”
Ladybug I call those blogs free for alls. You never know who is doing the posting and I dont put anything past the CHOICE crowd as far as posting those threats. That way they can say See see the anti choice crowd wants Letts dead! Hogwash. There was a Jennifer Morbeli site with people sayiing shed gotten what she deserved. Could indeed be the work of Choicers!!
They have to put us in the worst light possible because thats all they have are their lies and butchered women. If we were violent we wouldnt be typing…we would be in prison.
I posted on a Choice Facebook site and before long like 20 of them had ganged up on me. Called me an anti semite a stripper a hooker..said I must be. One woman and I exchanged dialogue about our dead husbands and one Choicer said he probably killed himself to get away from you. And yet 2 more said ..Since there is no God now hes just rotting in the ground…ouch…but I expected it. Yet another girl told me to come over and shed have her shotgun by the door. I threatened to report that and she took it down.
My point being they will say ANYTHING but dont you dare dish it back. An anti semite? Lol I was married to a Jewish man and together we have a son. A few were civil but many kept changing their stories. One woman took a pic of the suction jar filled half with blood from her abortion. This was before Letts. She was older and said she was a true Jew and that I was just stupid. She told me that she and her hubby had put 2 kids through college. I persisted “Yea but you are showing the remains of your dead baby in a jar Kelly.” She snapped the pic with her cell phone to show that it was a simple quick procedure. I said there is nothing simple about murder. I was banned for 12 hours.
Um, okay KY. The only violence I’ve ever seen has been from pro-aborts. Who threatened to rape me (the males) and threatened to punch me in my face (the females).
Ever seen the videos of abortionists running over protesters with their cars? Seen quite a few of those videos. Attempted homicide. Or the guy who beat an elderly pro-life man and put him in the hospital with a broken hip. Lo and behold seems pro-choice guy is also pro-choice about rape…as in he turned out to be a wanted rapist! I’m sure he is all about abortion rights because he is soooo pro-woman.
Or pro-lifer Jim Pouillon shot and killed by a crazy pro-abort.
Oh and yes Martin Ruddock tried to run over pro lifers often. One woman was huffing and puffing dancing around me saying “I will kick your a** and believe me she could have. I had witnesses and I told her to do it and id get her for assault. Instead she jumped in her beater and peeled off like a bat outta he**!
An abortion clinic is a child molesters and rapists dream come true.
Their “projection” is humorous at times.

If they’re not opposed to murder,maiming, assault and vandalism, they’re not opposed to PLAGIARISM, either.
Heather, I had a friend, who was a real peacenik life, have hot coffee thrown in her face by a clinic director. Thankfully she wasn’t hurt.
Pro-aborts always go on and on about how awful prolife people are. Okay, assuming that’s true, which it isn’t, does that make abortion justifiable? I think that (some) animal rights people are nuts but that doesn’t mean some of their points are valid. Maybe by not focusing on the issue — does abortion destroy a human life, or not? — they can keep their minds off the grisly work they do.
As for Emily Letts, I think she was just looking for an attention and she might not have had an abortion at all (I know some women use the word attention wh*re but I don’t like calling women wh*res or sl*ts).
What a big nothing: ky merely uses Jill’s name to get more attention for herself and for the fake abortion customer who made a fake video.

At a Planned Parenthood sponsored “march for women,” one of their marchers jumped into a group of pro-life women who were peacefully counter-protesting to take a selfie. He did not ask permission and disrespectfully violated our personal space. The guy was a real creep. I uncovered his identity and learned that this man who was supposedly marching FOR women’s rights was on probation for assaulting his female roommate. He punched her in the face and shoulders, knocked her down, pounded her head on the floor, choked her, and told her to die. Even when the police showed up, he was still belligerent. Yet, we are portrayed as the anti-women violent ones.

This is a pretty interesting statement, knowing that Jill and other pro-lifers have been the recipient of death threats themselves.
There’s a guy in prison right now, a former commenter here, who made threats and was caught attempting to carry them out.
So why on earth would true pro-lifers threaten anyone? Anyone who is pro-LIFE would want Ms. Letts, if she did in fact have an abortion, to eventually come to repentance.
So many pro-lifers, including readers and commenters to this blog, are post-abortive themselves.
So they can keep making up scenarios and lies about us all they want, but when a post-abortive woman finds herself struggling with regret, we all know she won’t be going to pro-choicers for support.
I remember SOMG and Dr Defense from Op Rescue and Jills blog urging people to report him. The things he posted were very creepy and I smelled danger. Im glad he was arrested. Some ( including me ) at times dismissed him as a troll.
Heather, my friend wasn’t seriously hurt. Like I said she was a laid back person, but she was pretty upset.
Phillymiss Im glad. I know how evii they can be. Even nurse Carol would pull her BMW into the surgi centers 4 story garage with her I LOVE MY TERRIERS…some breed of dogs…framing her license plates. Fine Im with you. I dont care for PETA but Im against animal cruelty. But Carol could turn on the charm when the police would come around. She always had to come out to that mailbox while we were there. Pastor Sanders said she would do it on purpose just to talk to us. Carol was actually pleasant to him but her personality would flip on a dime. I know she was evil.
But although we could see some of PETAS points from what Ive seen nothing will do for the abortion industry but a DEAD baby.
On second thought Ive met people who only want abortion for rape. People would say ” Could you imagine having a child from rape?” And at that time I did see it their way…or at least I could. Ive never been pregnant from rape. Now I no longer see it that way. Those same people expressed disgust when abortion was used as birth control and we know darn well that it is!
