Nice strawman. Partial-birth abortions aren't done because the mother doesn't want a baby... they're done because of major medical issues.

Additionally, there's a lot of evidence that many (perhaps a majority) of the people in Guantanamo Bay not only committed no crime, but that they had no intention of ever committing a crime.

Lastly, pretending that rooms without air conditioning is the most egregious offense committed against these people (whether they are guilty or not) is just loony. If they're guilty, I say we try them, and lock them up for life.

Mostly, I just feel bad for our soldiers who pledge their lives to defend this country, and then have that trust abused by the people who run the nation.
