And Krishna Rajana, who lost his license for this behavior and more, was up for appeal to renew said license this March...no news on whether he got it or not.

BTW.... there are oodles of laws, varying from state to state, regarding disposal of human tissues and fluids, which are biological/infectious wastes. Any deviation from protocol risks licensing revocations and/or fines and penalties.
