Aurora's court papers for Thursday

scales.bmpHere are the papers Aurora attorneys filed today in opposition to Planned Parenthood's motion for preliminary injunction, to be heard Thursday before Judge Norgle in federal court at 10a.

Defendant's response

Affidavit, Alayne Wiengartz, Aurora corporate attorney

If Mayor Daley can condemn a Catholic cemetery outside the city limits of Chicago to make room for an O’Hare runway, then Aurora can find a way to condemn this abortuary no matter how much money Planned Parenthood throws at it.

I don't see any indication that the city has a wish to condemn this property. Worst case, they'll have to get new permits.
