Amazing...they were led to believe that it was an office building, and called it a nice "buffer" between the commercial and residential areas.

Planned Parenthood to fight
A federal judge will rule on Thursday if a Planned Parenthood clinic that will do abortions can open in Aurora. It had hoped to open today. Anita Padilla has the story of a community controversy.

I don't see any indication that the city has a wish to condemn this property. Worst case, they'll have to get new permits.
