200 abortionists, Jeanne Tiller get aborted eye-full at National Abortion Federation event

National Abortion Federation, George Tiller, abortion.jpg

On October 17, the National Abortion Federation held a "Remembering Dr. Tiller" event at the Westin Hotel in Denver, with 200 abortionists from around the world attending. I simply can't imagine being in a room full of abortionists. Their hands, yuck. What did they talk about? Although the thought of all this truly creeps me out, this is the sort of event where I'd like to be a fly on the wall.

Jeanne Tiller accepted the award on behalf of her husband George, who was murdered May 31.

American Right to Life got wind of the event beforehand and were able to strategically place cars across the street from the Westin, honoring one of their maxims, "no child killing with tranquility."

ARTL also strategically placed pro-lifers with banners at the hotel's drop-off point. International abortionists were likely unfamiliar with American-style pro-life protests showing the truth of abortion with graphic photos.

National Abortion Federation, Denver, Jeanne Tiller, George Tiller pro-life signs at Westin entrance.jpgAccording to ARTL, one idiotic abortionist had the nerve to accuse pro-lifers - one holding photos of a ripped off baby's head - of intolerance.

ARTL also had pro-lifers planted inside the hotel. When seeing Jeanne Tiller walk through, they handed her 2 pieces of literature. One was a pamphlet that included photos provided by Tiller himself of a post-abortive baby staged with her parents, along with her mother's emotional recantation after she came to her senses.

Denver, National Abortion Federation, Jeanne Tiller, George Tiller, Westin Hotel, pamphlet.jpgThe other was read, "Jeanne Tiller gets an award for this?" showing what her husband did to earn millions of dollars.

A undercover pro-lifer on hand to observe reported Jeanne did an about-face, asked the concierge how to get to the parking garage, and did not return until 8p, when she was to receive the award.

AWESOME JOB ARTL!!!!

The dead baby photos are a revelation only to hotel staff. The abortionists see, feel, and smell what they do every day of their lives. "The sensations of dismemberment flow through the forceps like an electric current," as NAF member Warren Hern wrote.

How anyone could do or sanction these atrocities and be called sane is beyond me. May God work in the life of Jeanne to call her to repentence and, perhaps, a saving relationship with the LORD. It's just so hard for me to believe that any saved Christian would approve of any of this.

It is appropriate that a mass murderer and serial killer like George Tiller be recognized for his acts..........posthumously.

One can only hope that readers of our history will be as shocked when they read stories and view photos like these as we are when we read of the atrocities and see the photos of the victims of other now 'infamous' and 'notorious' barbarians of our recent history.

Humans are stupid.

I cannot fathom 'why' Tiller's widow would show up for some publicity stunt like this.

Only a minority of society would condone, much less applaud, George Tiller's 'work'.

This is kind of like N.A.M.B.L.A assembling to honor the passing one of their revered homosexual pedophiles and the deceased widow showing up to accept the award.

Maybe she was the driving force behind her husbands work.

The 'audacity of hopelesnes'.

Humans ARE stupid. Thats why its so amazing that God could have any love or concern for us, and yet He does. I prayed for George Tiller to repent and leave his horrible lifestyle. He never did but God can still redeem those 200 abortionists. Afterall, the apostle Paul was a mass murderer also and look how mightily God used him!

Those pictures of the aborted babies never cease to stab me in the heart and bring tears to my eyes.

NAF meetings are supposed to be secret, for obvious security reasons. The speeches you would hear are very moving tales of how doctors help women, including many who were once spotted picketing outside of clinics.

I attend an event in 2007, and we had Tiler, Hern, and Carhart plus about 50 of the nation's top providers in the same room, and I thought, 'one bomb would erase the abortion industry in this country for a generation.'

"'one bomb would erase the abortion industry in this country for a generation.' "

Well it's a good thing that most pro-lifers are not utilitarians, unlike many abortion-chiocers.

So what made you decide to get involved in the abortion industry, Dhalgren?

Posted by: bethany at October 22, 2009 8:39 AM

I believe that the mantra "to help women" is what keeps so many in the killing fields. That and greed.

Abortionists assume they help women because none of us come back to them and tell of the suicide attempts, the drinking, the promiscuity, the nightmares and the depression over paying you to kill our baby. You assume we "got on with our lives" and all is hunky dory. Lies. All lies.

George Tiller an American hero, huh?

A U.S. soldier storms the beach of Normandy to free France of Nazi occupation and catches a bullet in the heart.

An American hero.

A Virginia father jumps into a septic tank whose son has fallen in and is drowning, sacrificing his own life and saving his son's.

An American hero.

A doctor sits on his medical stool, inserts forceps into a woman's cervix, tears off the limbs of a pre-born child, jabs scissors into the back of the baby's skull and sucks out the baby's brains.

Yeah, sure. THAT'S an American hero.

Their meeting was supposed to be a secret. Even the cops asked us how we knew about it before they did. We gave them the heads up on the picket.

What utter depravity!!! A bunch of greedy serial killers of children gathering to "honor" one of their own.

Our country mourns the loss of a 7-yr-old little girl, who was murdered and her precious little body dumped in a landfill amongst thousands of tons of garbage. We cry out for justice on her behalf yet we have sanctioned child-killing by the likes of these most evil men and women.

Lord, help us reach our generation!

Jesus said, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” Re 21:6-8

I would agree that the pictures are not news to the abortion-providers, and I actually wondered why they bothered to have them... unless they were educating the people there (hotel staff, perhaps police, passers-by?) who did not know before. Or perhaps to provide a little social embarassment/pressure to abortion clinic staff by displaying the truth to the whole world about what it is they really DO.

Some more of the 'good news' is that not only does GOD love humans, but that HE can acutually fix 'stupid'.

Now that is a 'miracle'.

Read the pamphlet. It is horrendous! The mother must truly be in shock to do that and then to have pictures created of the baby's dismembered body as a memorial. I can hardly believe the type of person who would encourage such a thing. May God have mercy on our nation for calling this a choice and then give awards. We are a sinful nation!

*******************

As you suggest Army Wife, it's all about the pressure. Like Carla stated above, the murderers and those complicit with them are hiding behind various walls (strongholds), made up of lies in their own minds that allow them to justify to themselves their own evil deeds. They tell themselves they are helping women and that they are courageous for murdering little children in the face of social opposition. Their own consciences convict them of their crime during the act ("the sensations of dismemberment flow through the forceps like an electric current"). Yet their deception and greed compel them to kill, again and again, child after innocent child.

Deep down, they know they are committing evil. We need to continue to shine the bright light of the Truth on their dark deeds and expose them.

Every American of appropriate age needs to see in graphic detail the truth about abortion.

I don't want to speak of hatred for anyone, even if they are cruel abortionists who ought to all be tried for crimes against humanity, but I am curious to know why it took forever to get Martin Luther King Jr. acknowledged like this with his own day, but George Tiller gets this kind of acclaim in less than five months.

In the meantime, I plan, today, on celebrating the women of the Middle East fighting for the right to vote- real icons of human rights.

In Kuwait now, women can pass the border without their husbands' permission. :)

Ed,
I join you in praying for ALL involved in the abortion industry. I pray that they find freedom from the evil that has enslaved them before it is too late. The spiritual warfare is great but demons cower in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Not to derail the thread....but
Please pray for me this weekend. I am traveling 6 hours with another post abortive mom to attend a Rachel's Vineyard retreat. I am in training to become a facilitator and offer real help and healing to those devastated by abortion. Pray for the post abortive women that are attending. That they feel the comfort of the Lord and feel His great love and affection for them and find their FREEDOM in Christ! I thank God for using my abortion story for my good and for His glory!!!

The proaborts also skate around the fact that Tiller had a criminal record and was up on charges before his death. If some proabortion group had set up shop outside this travesty, the Nolifers would be all for it. We do it, and they scream. Yet they claim to advocate free speech. (as long as said free speech is theirs)also conveniently overlooked are the women who died under Tiller's 'care'. The feminist's claim to love all women has really shown them a lot of love. The truth is inconvenient for them. Too bad.

Off topic here, but I'm studying the cotton gin and slavery in U.S. history- it's creepy. The similarities- and I absolutely hate comparing abortion and slavery.

But, amazingly enough, slavery was declared a "necessary evil." That was one of the most popular arguments, alongside, "They're evil and will only ruin society so this is actually supporting freedom," and "This is actually better for them."

Twilight Zone Music...

Posted by: Vannah at October 22, 2009 12:18 PM

That's awesome Carla!

I will definitely be praying for you and the other women at the retreat this weekend.

We've all been deceived into doing wrong. Satan makes it sound so easy, simple.

"But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. Jas 1:14-15

I absolutely love the Hillsong tune "You Saw Me"

youtube.com/watch?v=RIuFL0SKydA

"Your Blood washes over me."

Halleluia! It doesn't matter what we've done! He is Faithful and Just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness!

You go bless those women this weekend. The devil would love to keep them bound in grief, depression, guilt and remorse.

But Glory to God! He takes the likes of you and me and reaches down and forgives us, redeems us, empowers us and turns us loose on the powers of darkness. You tell those women that as far as the east is from the west, he has removed our transgressions from us. Our sins and iniquities He will remember no more. He doesn't remember them so neither should we. They were washed away on Calvary. Jesus came to heal the broken-hearted. We are new creations in Christ Jesus, old things have passed away and all things are new.

There is a great passage in 2Co that describes the healing work God does in our hearts through godly sorrow and repentance:

Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death. See what this godly sorrow has produced in you: what earnestness, what eagerness to clear yourselves, what indignation, what alarm, what longing, what concern, what readiness to see justice done. At every point you have proved yourselves to be innocent in this matter.2 Co 7:10-11

Heavenly Father, I pray right now that Your Peaceful Presence would be tangible for the precious, precious women attending this retreat. I pray that Your Mercy would flood their souls bringing healing, restoration and wholeness dear God. Jesus, heal every broken heart and equip and empower every woman to go forth from the retreat strengthened by Your Spirit to stand firm against feelings of guilt or depression. May they know that You, their Redeemer lives! And may they be set free to minister Your Love and Healing to other victims of this devastating crime.

In Your Name Jesus, Amen.

Awww, that's beautiful, Dhalgren. Just beautiful. I particularly like that little lie at the end - that's a sweet touch.

"help women" = forcing a vacuum cleaner into her cervix and sucking out the living contents of her womb until fully dismembered. Marvellous.

Or, as Catholic blogger Mark Shea says, "sin makes you stupid."

This makes me take a very deep gulp. You see, if you ever went to his website, you would see his proud statistics. He was very proud of the number of women he help "heal from the pain of Down syndrome". He actually wrote his percentages on his website. Down syndrome always won. So of the 90% aborted in the womb, we have Dr. Tiller to thank for most of them. Thank goodness those women had a compassionate doctor to help them take the lives of their beautiful children. My heart breaks for those women. They believed a lie. They will mourn their child for the rest of their lives. I know, cuz I have seen many of their writings. Me, I will hug my child for as long as God lets me. Let me think, will I let George Tiller take my daughter's life because she has Down syndrome? NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!!! But I do wish she could have spent an hour with him. I believe she would have taught him many many amazing lessons. Rest in Peace Dr. Tiller. I prayed for you for as long as I can remember, and I will continue. I prayed for your family, and again, I will continue. I am so sorry that Down syndrome scared you so much!

Vannah,

I understand what you mean about the similarities between the pro-abortion rhetoric and the historical pro-slavery rhetoric. I also see shades of it in the Nazi holocaust-related rhetoric. It seems as though any time one class/race of people want to get rid of another, they seem to pull out very similar arguments... such as "it's better for them", "it's better for society", "they'll have miserable lives anyway", "they'll turn into criminals anyway", "they won't be meaningful contributors to society", "they're not really human", "they are an inferior race/class", and on and on.

In order to desensitize others into supporting any kind of genocidal or oppressive agenda, all you do is have to make pretty excuses about how you're doing said class or race of people a "favor", or how much better it is for society this way, and how they aren't even human anyway. If you have a human face on it (without deceiving yourself into believing that killing or oppressing someone is "better for them"), it gets harder for those doing the killing to tolerate, I suppose.

Just my thoughts, whatever they are worth.

It was written on the ARTL website that the drag queens present at the hotel were "prancing," but it should be noted that drag queens typically walk and that prancing might only be exhibited in the realness category.

I am glad there were pro-lifers at this event to remind Jeanne Tiller what George Tiller was all about. It was rightfully deserved. We need not give this man praise. If I were her, I would go into seclusion and search my heart and seek God in prayer. Emotionally it would be a difficult fact to face that your husband murdered babies. God has the mercy and healing, if asked.

I wrote to Tiller appealing to him with words from my heart which I feel God inspired me to relate to him. I sent him an epilogue of what he would have to look back on when he was old and possibly sitting alone in a rocking chair, hearing the cries of babies; ghosts from his past.
It had no effect. I sometimes wonder if he read it or if it was cast aside. Was it left where his family read it? I wrote to his church asking them to confront Tiller. No response. We all appealed to him in one way or another to stop killing babies. Will the reality of Tiller's sordid occupation hit home with his wife. Will the sadness he has inflicted upon humanity bring her to the foot of the cross? She has a part in his work as she stood by him for years. Her guilt is his guilt. I pray God will change her heart and allow her to speak out for what is right. I pray she will ask forgiveness, as an example to others so those babies deaths will be acknowledged and they shall not have died in vain. They rest in the arms of our father.
