Asking for a manager was too hard or something, I mean, heck, how much does a McD's hamburger cost? I know it's under $1. I sincerely hope her bill from McD's to repair the damage she caused is much higher than $1 then maybe she'll learn to control herself.

And with their kids standing right there. I had people throw merchandise at me...and I always tried to be kind and speak softly and make the customer happy but people are CRAZY. I am so glad I don't work with the crazy public anymore!
