  • Real Choice reports the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled against Planned Parenthood in a fraud case in CA....
  • The allegation is PP affiliates in CA illegally marked up the cost of various birth control drugs when seeking government reimbursement, resulting in tens of millions of dollars of overbilling - at taxpayer expense. State audits in both CA and WA have found PP affiliates guilty of overbilling.
