Pro-abort Grayson has the nerve to decry healthcare "Holocaust"?

UPDATE, 3:45p: Moderator Carder found the YouTube clip below of pro-abort Grayson hypocritically calling on Congress to "Choose life" to vote for extended healthcare coverage of children under S-CHIP....

Grayson got one fact way wrong: "[I]n America we have 25k children who die every year without reaching their first birthday."

Actually, the figure is 1,225,000, since 1.2 million are killed by abortion annually. How audacious for Grayson to close with, "I turn to the other side of the aisle. Let's save those lives. Let's choose life." Gag gag gag.
_______________ lists NARAL Pro-Choice America and Planned Parenthood as top contributors ($5k each) to the 2008 campaign of pro-abort Congressman Alan Grayson. Grayson also supports human embryo experimentation.

So never mind Grayson's lack of decorum for his inappropriate statements on the House floor last week, first saying Republicans battling the Dem healthcare plan would prefer people to "die quickly," followed by an "apolog[y] to the dead... that we haven't voted sooner to end this [healthcare] holocaust in America."...

But backing up, this pro-abort had a lot of nerve. As Rush explained on his show October 1...

So when we make this comparison, after Pelosi calls us all Nazis, "All right, you want to call us Nazis, let's do a comparison, Ms. Pelosi, let's see really who is closer to the national socialists of Germany." So we do that and all of a sudden, "You can't."

Now we've got a guy, a Democrat on the floor of the House, comparing Republican desires on health care to the Holocaust... and that we're the ones that want people to die.

We are the ones who get tarred and feathered because we're pro-life, for crying out loud! Pro-life gets tarred and feathered and impugned and ripped to shreds, and it has been my whole life. Pro-lifers are said to be hicks, hayseeds, a bunch of religious fanatics and so forth. We still stand up for the proposition that all men are created equal, that the spirit of our creation includes a yearning to be free. We're the ones who stand up as pro-lifers, we're the ones who take hits and we've got some wacko Democrat going to the floor of the House saying that we are running a Holocaust when in fact if there is a Holocaust in this country it is abortion, and there is a particular party that has been responsible for pushing it. And that would be, ahem, the Democrat Party.

The closest thing we have to a Holocaust in this country is abortion, on demand, and now we got a health care bill where there will be taxpayer dollars used to facilitate abortion. This clown goes to the floor of the House to accuse us of what they have been doing since 1973. As I say, Democrats kill people before they're born. So this guy's an absolute lunatic....

OMG, do you have to show those pictures? They never, ever fail to upset me.

Does anyone have the history or info on this photo of the babies in the garbage can?
I've always wondered why someone would want to picture something like that, the death of babies.
Maybe the abortionist was proud of their work, but it is truely sickening.
But if anyone seriously has the history/story behind this picture would you please post the link or actual info?

They tear me up too - however, it is critical to show the pictures.

Until America sees the horror of abortion, they will never come to reject the evil that it is.

They have a place and time for usage, and it's been well known that Jill's site is not really family viewing material, but to equip pro-lifers with the truth that needs to be told.

Kudos to Rush for saying this.

AK Krystal:

The picture appears in Handbook on Abortion the Case for the Unborn by Dr. and Mrs. J.C. Willke (copyright 1971 & 1972) with the caption:

"This was the result of one morning's work in a Canadian teaching hospital. These babies had attained a fetal age of from 18-24 weeks before being killed by abortion."

That's all the info I have. Poor babies.

I first saw the garbage bag full of babies in the book ABORTION: Questions and Answers by Dr. & Mrs. J.C Willke. According to the book, these babies are the result of 'one morning's work at a Canadian teaching hospital'. It also says 'These babies had attained fetal ages of 18-24 weeks (4 to 5 months) before being killed by abortion.' It doesn't credit the photo,so I don't know the source , but many other photos in this book are credited. My copy of this book is 24 years old, but it's a very informative book, and one I think everyone should read(if you can find a copy) on the subject of abortion.

OOPS! Sorry klynn73....hadn't seen your post when I apologies. :)

I sure sent him a email after I heard his disgusting remarks.

He's a jerk. I couldn't help myself, and I called him a big jerk in the email.

He hasn't replied.

Yesterday's comics had a fun take on this, with Pelosi's comments giving rise to ridiculous comments from underlings in her party, on the floor of the House no less! The knuckle dragging Grayson, as portrayed in the comics, is every bit of that. He certainly is full of himself, and his message reflects an infantile view of things.

We were warned that elections have consequences. If we cannot beat him in November, abandon hope!

Posted by: Jerry at October 5, 2009 4:55 PM

Wait wait wait, WHAT is he comparing to a Holocaust? The current health care situation? Seriously?

How about the 1.2 MILLION government-condoned killings every year?

If we want to talk about Holocausts, let's talk. Because this fight, this one we win.

And of course he's going to use "choose life" against us. Because for the pro-life party, "choose life" works! Because it's TRUTH. So Grayson can try to steal it. TRY. Go ahead.

I'm with Rush. I don't want an apology. I want him to keep talking, the big buffoon.

NEVER abandon hope! Despair is the Devil's tool!

Thanks for the info guys!

There are a couple of copies for sale on Ebay. I just picked up one of them! Search for Willke & Abortion.

Thanks for the recommendation.

Um, isn't it (supposedly) all kinds of insensitive and rude and in poor taste when pro-lifers compare abortion to the Holocaust?

But comparing a lack of government-subsidized healthcare to the Holocaust, now that's classy.

Isn't it fascinating how they accuse us of their own sins--wanting the terminally ill to "die quickly" (Hemlock Society death panels, anyone?).
Saying we are failing to "choose life" (don't really need to explain that one). Using offensive language. Killing children. Doing what's cost-effective rather than what's actually the best medical treatment (Elective abortion? Elective sterilization? Sex change surgery and/or hormones? Promoting hormonal birth control as if it had no side effects and lying about how it works because hey, it's not as expensive as a baby (and think of the carbon footprint! Forget the pollution of our water supplies....)?)

Pamela & AK Krystal--

Just got to hear Lila Rose speak last night at our fund-raising banquet and imagine my surprise to hear that the book that first revealed the horrific truth of abortion to (a then 9-yr-old) Lila was the Willkes' Handbook on Abortion. Small world!
