Posted by: carlaIt's 2009. Why do we almost never see the WOMAN going all out and proposing like this?
Posted by: bmmg39 at July 19, 2009 9:33 AMbmmg39---you almost never see the woman going all out and proposing because feminism is CRAP! Most women STILL WANT chivalry! We want men to be romantic and pursue us and be gentlemen! We want doors held open for us etc... What woman wants to give that romance up to propose to the man? NOW and the feminazis would have you believe women don't want that but daily life proves otherwise.
Posted by: Sydney M at July 19, 2009 10:14 AMSydneyM, speak for yourself. Many women want chivalry, many don't. Chivalry and romance are not synonymous. I would absolutely propose to Mr. Alexandra and I would not be giving up romance in order to do so.
I'm not a cheese-factor kind of person so this Disney princess stuff is NOT up my alley at all, and you'd never in a million years see me doing something like this, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a few possible situations in mind that are more in line with my personality and the personality of the man I love.
