What the FOCA?!

by Carder

For the latest in cutting edge pro-life campaigns, Students for Life launched an offensive (pun intended):

what the foca.jpg

When you heard about the Freedom of Choice Act was your initial reaction something like..."WTF?!" That is the reaction most people have on both sides. This legislation is extreme and it will not pass if we have an informed and active public.

Peter Breen, executive director of the Thomas More Society, in an interview with Students for Life, explained the history of FOCA, its present form, and how we can realistically expect it to be passed: in bits and pieces.

The 1-minute video below advertises a WTF?! rally held last week but gives you a taste of WTF?! on the street. It's certainly not to spread the word. T-shirts are available for guaranteed head-turning.

Comments:

Ok, Obama is going a bit nuts trying to overhaul this country.

FOCA is just one step closer to mandatory screening and force termination of defective babies. The mantra will be "90% is not enough!" referring to the fact the 90% of down syndrome pregnancies are terminated.
Even my left wing lunatic sister did not avail herself of that "choice." Conor is 6 years old now. He uses sign language because his enlarged tongue. He attends public school and has specialist assigned to him every second of every day in school at a cost of $50,000 over that of regular students. And that is why they will be shouting "90% is not enough."
After all, the "pro-choice" crowd is only pro-choice when we make the choices they approve of.

Mark is a liar. Mark is liar. Mark is a liar.

Pro choice is pro choice, Mark. We may talk about choosing differently if we were in said situation, we may criticize a choice made, we may debate the wisdom of certain choices but pro-choicers first, last and always defend a wonman's right to choose. One can do both, you know.

On the other hand, it's interestign to see the "pro-lifers" have finally owned up to what they really are: Anti-choicers!

ein is a troll, don't feed the trolls, kiddies.

Why would a 60 year old want to have children that late in life? 99% of 60 year old women are POST MENOPAUSAL. Children aren't a commodity, they are a gift that are supposed to be created through an act of unitive LOVE.

Pro-aborts have NOT been owning up to what they really are: Anti-Lifers!! (specially if not their own)
