If abortion becomes a part of the coverage and our tax dollars are paying for it, it kind of removes the tag "pro-choice" doesn't it? There are thousands of us here who won't have a choice on how our tax dollars are spent. So maybe we should call it for what it is: selfishness.

Okay.
However, it's actually worse than that.
It's a governmental "class" that's perfectly okay with perpetuating pain and victimization for the sake of their own prosperity and personal ambitions.
It's becoming incredibly clear that when a people go wandering away from God, they prostitute themselves. The government is just acting the role of pimp in this case.

EXACTLY.
Psalm 106:37-43 They sacrificed their sons
and their daughters to demons.
They shed innocent blood,
the blood of their sons and daughters,
whom they sacrificed to the idols of
Canaan, and the land was desecrated by
their blood.
They defiled themselves by what
they did; by their deeds they prostituted
themselves.
Therefore the LORD was angry with
his people and abhorred his inheritance.
He handed them over to the
nations, and their foes ruled over them.
Their enemies oppressed them
and subjected them to their power.
Many times he delivered them,
but they were bent on rebellion
and they wasted away in their sin.
Well said

Wow - exactly - I just read Psalm 106 this morning and that's the exact verse that inspired me to make the statements I did above.

Just happened to notice the SecularProLife.org advertisement to the right. It's good to know there are secular pro-lifers out there and we need to embrace them! Thank God they are out there!
