Quote of the Day 6-4-10

He had a real tight grip over my mouth, but I was screaming .. and trying to pull my legs together...And that's when I felt the worst pain in my stomach. It really felt like he was ripping everything in me out, that's how painful it was.

~Caitlin Bruce, recounting her experience at abortionist Alberto Hodari's Feminine Health Care Clinic in Flint, MI in an interview with ABCNews.com, June 4.

Bruce said she walked into Hodari's clinic in April 2008, intending to have an abortion, but when she changed her mind, she was pinned down, her mouth covered to muffle her screams, while Hodari forcibly terminated her pregnancy. A lawsuit filed by Bruce against Hodari is now winding its way through the Genesee County court system, but the case has raised questions about when an abortion can be stopped.

I went over to ABC and they have tons of comments about this story. I thought, oh, hey, lots of women will pop up and say, "this happened to me too" Not. The comments were full of 'she must be lying' 'she must be trying to get money' and 'she should have changed her mind in the waiting room'. It was horrifying.
