Obadias Ndaba, who works in the World Youth Alliance branch in Kenya, told FoxNews.com that the government "is trying to do everything it takes to pass the constitution."

"The US VP Biden, while in a visit here, promised that Obama would visit the country only if the constitution is passed," he wrote in an e-mail Friday.

The use of the word 'promise' by Obadias Ndaba to relate the substance of Joe Biden's remarks could just as easily be understood by the majority of Kenyans as 'threatened'.

Any visit by President b.o. to Kenya, given his rabid support of pre-natal homicide, would be a 'clear and present' danger to Kenya's sovereignty.

Liberal/progressives like b.o. wail and gnash their teeth about America meddling in the internal affairs of other countries, except when the 'vauable assistance' advances their humanist agenda.

Wow do any of you know what the rest of the constitution says? Can you not see how badly Kenya needs this constitution to be passed into law for a thousand reasons, or are you all so BLINDED by this one item? Is it not Kenya's right to choose its own laws? How can you sit there in your nice cushioned chairs, eating cookies, and preach your views about how Kenya should govern itself? HAVE ANY OF YOU EVER BEEN TO KENYA?!?!?!? Have you not seen the vast numbers of AIDS infected children who are starving? Once again the Anti-choice movement sticks its Christian nose in other people business. Just keep sending them Bibles... they taste great with dirt cakes... I’m sure all those children would agree with you that it’s much better to be born with AIDS and then die with the bloated belly of starvation after watching your brothers and sisters die the same way before their very eyes… I’m sure all those mothers love giving birth to children they know will be born with AIDS and knowing that they cannot feed them. Even if the pregnancy is a result of rape “which is rampant in Kenya”? Good thing that Constitution only covers abortion and there are absolutely no laws in there that might actually protect women and children in Kenya.

We don't object to Kenya adopting a new constitution. I'm sure they need a new one. As you suggest, things aren't real rosy over there right now.

But why does the new constitution have to include legalized child-killing? Why does our executive branch have to make it a condition for financial aid?

Our world has many complex problems and issues that need to be solved.

Killing our children isn't a good solution.

While abortion isn't all we care about, (newsflash) it does happen to be a central theme to this blog.
