Michael J. Fox states in his McKaskill for Missouri ad, "Senator Talent even wanted to criminalize the science that gives us a chance for hope."
MSM should ask Fox to explain what that science is, but it won't and he won't.
For the record, it's human cloning.
Comments:
Michael might be Canadian, but his statement can be conscued in a way that makes it factual.
Americans like me (who have Parkinson's). Not Americans like me (who is also an American).
The Nazis had legal scientific research that gave humanity a chance of hope.

I stand corrected, Michael became a naturalized American citizen in 2001.
The problem with a cure is a troubling one, because people rarely ask about 'cure' for what? Is he wishing to be 'cured' to be just like everyone else? Maybe he is seeking a cure to become 'more human'? ... it's as if having Parkinson's (or ANY difficulty) robs us of humanity.
Maybe a re-think, an embracing of our frailty is needed. Are we all to be Superman ... or just part of a 'super-race'?
