Limbaugh: Republicans aren’t the ones pushing abortion issue

orwellian-ideasby Kelli

The problem that I have with this is it’s not the Republicans that are pushing social issues. The Republicans are defending them, for crying out loud! The left is who’s pushing social issues, and nobody ever complains about ’em doing so. The Democrat Party is the biggest purveyor of social issues. The Democrat Party is the biggest promoter of social issues. The Democrat Party’s agenda demands movement on social issues! This idea that the Republicans are pushing social issues is absurd.

Stanek weekend Q: Explain breathtaking liberal blind spot on abortion vs animal cruelty?

These tweets are literally posted one on top the other in pro-abortion Democrat Ted Deutch’s Twitter feed:

The practice of animal crushing is a sexual fetish of the sickest kind.

About his introduction of the PACT Act, Rep. Deutch wrote:

Parker: Yes, a woman can be both feminist and conservative

by Kelli Only in Washington would anyone ask this question: Can a woman be both feminist and conservative? Why, yes, she can! But the question does deserve a more serious answer so women can stop fussing over labels and litmus tests to determine whether a woman who doesn’t fall in line with feminist ideology can […]

Pro-choicer: Pro-lifers are not motivated by misogyny

war-on-womenby Kelli

I’m a pro-choice individual who actually acknowledges that those who disagree with me are not raging, full blown misogynists. What’s my reasoning you might ask? I’m happy to oblige.

First and foremost, I don’t buy the idea that people who are pro-life hold that position because they seek to control women’s bodies. This is a myth perpetuated by many Democrats as part of the “War on Women.” To attack the pro-life position as a “War on Women” is to completely ignore the much more widely cited reason for being pro-life, which is concern that fetus’s [sic] being aborted are in fact alive and sentient….

Stanek weekend Q: Can one have an otherwise great legacy if pro-abortion?

Even the Pope and Cardinal Dolan have been lauding South African leader Nelson Mandela following his death earlier this week of natural causes at age 95. But I can’t. Nelson Mandela has the blood of preborn children on his hands… lots of them. According to The Examiner on December 6: Serving as the Republic of […]

Abortion cases in court helped tilt Democrats against the filibuster

dedc6a3c1a52427a2cf3dcbcb25d2368Within hours of each other, two federal appeals courts handed down separate decisions that affirmed sharp new limits on abortion and birth control. One on Oct. 31 forced abortion clinics across Texas to close. The other, on Nov. 1, compared contraception to “a grave moral wrong” and sided with businesses that refused to provide it in health care coverage.

Stanek Sunday funnies, “Liberals turn on Obama II” edition

This week critical mass was reached. The Benghazi, IRS, and DOJ scandals became too much for liberal cartoonists to ignore, and they came down en masse on President Obama. It appears the likely straw was spying on one of their own.

Be sure to vote for your favorite in the poll at the end of the post. And be sure to see Part I!
