Pro-life activists wreak havoc on New Orleans’ pro-abortion peace

Pro-life activists descend on New Orleans to remind abortion crowd, no justice, no peaceThis week 300 members of the groups Operation Save America and Abolish Human Abortion have descended on New Orleans for OSA’s annual gathering and to remind the pro-abortion world, “No justice, no peace.”

Holding prayer meetings by night and prayer vigils by day, the pro-life/abolitionist activists have been busy – protesting two abortion clinics, a Planned Parenthood construction site, the homes of two abortionists (Mary Gardner and Roshanda Dean), the day care business of an abortion clinic manager (yes, you read that right), a pro-abortion church, and more. I can’t keep up. They also held a wake for an aborted baby.

Feminist infighting escalates over mixed messaging on rape

In 2006 there was huge negative fallout at Duke University for what turned out to be false rape charges made by a black stripper against three white LaCrosse team members. In a “tragic rush to accuse,” the men’s names were dragged through the mud, their team’s season canceled, and their coach forced to resign. The signs […]

Undercover: Late-term abortion clinic completes abortions at Albuquerque’s Plaza Inn

2013-11-18_0732
How would you like to stay at a hotel where in the room next door an aborting mother was delivering her dead baby into the toilet, and where the abortionist came to complete the abortion and wrap and remove the dead baby?

Worse, how would you like to stay in a hotel room where a late-term abortion was committed the night before? Where a mother delivered her dead baby on your toilet, in your bathroom, with all the blood and body secretions that come with it? Where the abortionist had the mother lie on your bed to finish it? Do you trust a hotel to sanitize a room as a hospital would?

If you have stayed at the Plaza Inn in Albuquerque, New Mexico, both scenarios are possible.

Live Action “Inhuman” investigative video #5: hotel room abortions

2013-07-01_1048

Today Live Action released the fifth in its Inhuman investigative video series on late-term abortions in America.

LA’ new video exposes an abortionist at Southwestern Women’s Options abortion clinic in Albuquerque, New Mexico, admitting that part of the process of a late-term abortion may be delivering one’s expectantly dead baby alone in a hotel room (beginning at 3:55) – but in that event, for goodness sakes, don’t call 911….

Raped, impregnated 13-year-old keeps baby

Anna's Pics Nov. 5 1560

I blogged last week about a Ms. Magazine article lamenting how difficult it is for “young women of color” to get abortions. The author used the story of her 14-yr-old cousin to demonstrate the trouble an adolescent has getting a clandestine abortion. Never once did Ms. or the author worry about how the girl got pregnant.

I used Planned Parenthood’s own statistics to show the younger the pregnant mother, the more likely it is she is a victim of rape or incest. Bottom line: Abortion covers up child rape.

I received an amazing email from Anna, who gave me permission to post her story and her name. It is Anna when she was 13 years old in the photo above, with her newborn daughter Josey. Here is their powerful story:

Ms: Who cares how 14-yr-old got pregnant? Only abortion access matters

Ms. Magazine tweeted this on January 28… The Roe v. Wade anniversary: What Abortion Access Looks Like for Young Women of Color http://t.co/eBHdNMth — Ms. Magazine (@MsMagazine) January 28, 2013 … linking to this post on its blog:

Ms. Magazine: “We’re losing the war on abortion,” and other unforeseen consequences of focusing on contraception

Out of necessity abortion proponents have had to shift the debate from abortion to contraception, as the Washington Post explains: For years, abortion rights advocates have battled an intensity gap: Their supporters don’t feel as strongly about protecting abortion access as antiabortion voters do about restricting it.  This has been especially true for younger voters…. Stanek weekend question: Why is there “little interest” in male contraceptives?

Ms. Magazine, in a January 13 article lamenting the decades long failure of the industry to development contraceptives for men, included a remarkable assessment, given the source: Contraception is about many things – reproductive choice, personal freedom, partner trust – but perhaps mostly about money. In 2015, the global contraceptives market for men and women will […]
