North Dakota's House of Representatives has passed a bill effectively outlawing abortion.
The House voted 51-41 this afternoon to declare that a fertilized egg has all the rights of any person.
FOCA may enter the Supreme court in a state sovereignty case.

I love the far left press - they are the 2nd to cry wolf ...
I hope and pray that they are RIGHT for once and that FOCA will not be in committee and won't be introduced and WILL not be voted into law ... I pray they are correct for ONCE and that their criticisms of the Catholic Church are totally unfounded.

There are many more states that will follow suit.
