- Life Training Institute notes Judge Royce Lamberth “was not the first federal official” to ban federal funding for ESCR. That honor belongs to none other than President Obama himself:
The dirty little secret here is that the stem cell research Executive Order Mr. Obama and those who are carrying his water have called “policy” and referred to as “settled law” is a hollow document that carries no legal force. His signing of the Dickey-Wicker Amendment into law is binding and the unquestionable basis on which Judge Lamberth rendered his decision.
How interesting to note that an EO was overruled by Congressional legislation. Perhaps Bart Stupak and his ilk should have learned about this before they signed off on the health care bill.

“Catholics” for Choice, of course, are not Catholic. They have excommunicated themselves. Catholic teaching is not a cafeteria line where you put only the things you like on the tray. We are not about pretty windows and fancy cups. Fakers for Choice just want to destroy the church from within, but they will not succeed. It is confusing for non-catholics, of course, and people like Obama do all they can to exploit that confusion.
