“Will the girl’s father kill me if he finds out that I’m doing his daughter?”
That was mighty powerful birth control. So men, where are you??

I know a man who answered the door with a bulletproof vest and a handgun when his daughter’s boyfriend showed up to take her to the prom. He had the bf put the vest on and shot him in the chest. I’m not even kidding. The young man, to the father’s surprise, was willing to go along with it, and the young couple are now 6 years married. I’m not saying this would be the usual scenario, but the father has the best relationship with his son-in-law that I have ever seen between in-laws. And the son-in-law has a great dinner party story ;)
