- Ohio pro-life groups are feuding:
Ohio Right to Life has been at odds with Faith2Action since its founder — activist Janet Folger Porter — returned to Ohio in January. She has been pushing the Heartbeat Bill, which would ban abortions once a fetal heartbeat could be detected, sometimes as early as six weeks into pregnancy. If passed, it would be the most stringent abortion restriction in the country.
- Two of abortionist Kermit Gosnell’s employees will plead guilty today for their roles in the botched abortion death of Karnamaya Mongar:
Adrienne Moton [pictured top left], 34, and Sherry West [pictured bottom left], 52, are scheduled to plead guilty for contributing to deaths that occurred in the filthy, unlicensed West Philadelphia abortion clinic run by Dr. Kermit Gosnell, 70….
Moton, of Upper Darby, was to be tried for murder, conspiracy, racketeering and corruption related to the death of a viable baby born alive at the clinic. She was an unlicensed worker who routinely and illegally administered anesthesia to patients, the District Attorney’s Office said at the time of her arrest.
West, of Newark, Del., was to be tried for third-degree murder in Mongar’s death and related counts.

Moton looks rather SMUG in her mugshot, and West looks as if she doesn’t even know where she is…she looks CONFUSED.

Pamela, they will probably look better in prison jumpsuits.

Pamela, they probably are. They were arrested for business as usual that the authorities had ignored for years. Like Gosnell at his araignment Morton was probably convinced she’d done nothing wrong and this would all be cleared up momentarily. West probably had a healthy dose of fear over being arrested (she looks terrified and bewildered to me), but was surely just as confused over why they had been arrested. People who callus their conscious so can do a very good job of convincing themselves that not only are they doing nothing wrong but that everyone else agrees with them. I know i’d look either self-assured or puzzeled if I had gotten arrested for something I ‘knew’ was perfectly fine.
