Glenn Beck is a nutjob who appeals to the weak-minded.
It’s sad Merit you are more condemning of the man telling you about the biggest mass murder in American history more than the serial killer himself. Who is better at appealing to a weak mind than someone willing to excuse parents from having their own children ripped to shreds?
Thank you Glenn Beck.
Let’s pretend like Merit’s opinion of Glenn Beck is provable truth. How does that change the facts about anything he presented in the segment?
Great Merit,
So you should have no trouble then proving everything the man said was wrong. There’s nothing we would like more so when you are ready to present your case, we will be waiting on this blog.
Yes merit it is all about being pro-choice no matter how sick, twisted, perverted, demonic a monster you are, it doesn’t matter. Look at the pictures merit and OWN IT, you are pro-choice for a woman to killl her baby even after it is born alive, like BHO. If a woman wants a dead baby you must guarantee she get one inside or outside of the womb. She paid for a dead baby it is an “undue burden” for her to get anything less. I need to go puke. This is what America has come to. Justify the act and kill the messenger.
We know why Gosnell kept the feet in jars..it was mocking the long time pro-life symbol of a completely formed 10 week old baby in the womb’s feet that was inspired by Dr. Bernard Nathanson, one of the founders of NARAL who later became pro-life. He marveled at how complete the feet were at that young stage of development. For years pro-lifers have been wearing those tiny feet pins on their lapels in support of the unborn. Gosnell had his own collection and we know why….
Love Glen.
Usually the abortion-minded folk who criticize him have never watched or listened to him.
Dismissing the messenger is where you go when you can no longer dismiss the message.
Um, Dan Rather’s message was a lie about George W. Bush’s national guard service.
Glenn Beck is reporting news with some justifiable outrage. And it was long overdue in hearing it from SOMEBODY.
Well, that was well-deleted. They don’t want to even consider the message. And when the messenger is so effective, they really go bonkers.
What did I miss??
Not much. A gross reference to pro-lifers and trying to say Dan Rather was a persecuted messenger. This case touches a nerve with the other side. There’s no place for them to hide.
Hm, well I can’t stand good ol’ Glenn, doesn’t mean he’s always wrong though. A broken clock is right twice a day.
Hi Jack,
LOL. Love the broken clock reference.
While you’re here Jack I had to tell you this. I was discussing a costume party I would be attending later this year where they want us to dress as movie stars or well known TV personalities. My beautician said to me “you know who you should go as?” I thought Daisy Duck?
She said I should go as Ginger, that she’s always thought I look like her. I said Jack has got to hear this one! Here I thought it was all just a fond memory. Guess I won’t go as Belle Watling, the lady who ran the cathouse in Gone With The Wind or Miss Kitty from Gunsmoke…or Daisy Duck after all!
Lulz Mary obviously you can still pull of Ginger just fine!
I hardly ever dress up for Halloween, but one year I went as Leonidas from 300. My friends just made fun of me because apparently I am too skinny to be a Spartan and I refuse to go mostly shirtless so I wore a t-shirt w/the cape thingy. I tried to tell them that I’m WIRY, not SMALL but no one would listen! Costume fail.
Hi Jack,
BTW what does Lulz mean?
Well, the Spartans did wear shirts under their armor, at least according to a special I saw, so you weren’t too far off the mark. My last party I went as a 1960s mom, complete with the bag dress, snap on earrings, beads, hat, and elbow high gloves. However I drew the line at the 18 hour girdle!
Lulz = a silly way to say lol.
Ha, but I wasn’t going as just a Spartan, I was going as Leonidas! But unfortunately I don’t physically look enough like Gerard Butler lol. I don’t go shirtless and I won’t wear some speedo looking thing either haha.
Hans Johnson, Glenn Beck is still a nutjob, your hypocrisy aside.
Merit,
Whether or not Glenn is a nutjob is a matter of perspective. We’re still waiting to hear your proof that what Glenn was saying is wrong. Prove him wrong and you’ve made your case that he is a nutjob.
Glenn Beck makes the Left nervous, because he’s not a glorified NPR news reader like their side is knee-deep in. He brings genuine emotion to his viewpoint, and that makes him effective.
Jack, I would think you’d find Beck a kindred spirit. He’s right out there with his story of hitting rock bottom and becoming a family man. Just because you disagree with his calling out Obama as an emperor with no clothes, or that our economy is in really dire straits, shouldn’t make you dislike him personally.

I don’t dislike him personally. I don’t know him, so how could I? I do respect him overcoming substance abuse and all. I’m just not fond of pundits in general, they all without exception fear-monger, exaggerate, and vilify the opposition rather than just sitting down and reporting the dang news and sharing their opinion. I disagree with the whole political pundit act. And I dislike Beck’s method of conducting his show in particular, along with O’Reilly and Olbermann.
And why do people do that? “You don’t have to hate him because he’s right!!” Is it so, so hard to believe that I might just disagree with his “facts” and think he’s a crappy commentator?
How do you want a pundit to “share his opinion”? Like Dennis Miller’s old tagline, “That’s my opinion. I could be wrong”? That was a joke. We should all have the guts to explain our opinions. Isn’t that why we’re all here?
The left be damned. I wash hands of them. They are not welcome in my house if they support killing babies. The hypocrisy that puzzles me the most about them is that they express genuine care for the born but are indifferent to killing the same baby minutes earlier in the womb. Abortion is the Devil’s sacrament.

Not share it like they do, with gratuitous amounts of name-calling, refusing to report facts that don’t fit their agendas, etc. It wasn’t cool for Maher to call Palin the C word, it wasn’t cool for Rush to call Fluke a slut, wasn’t cool for Beck to make the Hitler Youth comment about that camp that Breivik shot up, etc. It’s annoying that the conservatives fear-monger about death panels and pretend there are barely any flaws in the US healthcare system, while it’s annoying that the liberals act like universal healthcare or Obamacare are the ambrosia of the gods rather than simply another system with good points and bad points. They are all annoying and biased and I don’t trust any of the commentators to actually give me an accurate analysis of anything, much less just the facts about a situation.
And I’m getting seriously bad at recognizing jokes online, lol. I must be getting too oversensitive or something.
I love Glenn Beck!
Has anyone ever met a women who’s had an abortion and felt good about it? I know a few women who have an abortion and they hate themselves for it. Every being in the universe knows right from wrong.
Every being in the universe knows right from wrong.
Jerry, normally that is true; but a liberal’s the conscience is not nearly as powerful as the minds ability to block-out/deny the truth. So they can still do wrong and be ok with it.
” Jerry, normally that is true; but a liberal’s the conscience is not nearly as powerful as the minds ability to block-out/deny the truth. So they can still do wrong and be ok with it.”
You guys get upset when I generalize conservatives, when you’re saying stuff like this?
I’m not like this, neither are plenty of liberals/progressives/social libertarians/whoever else you’re complaining about.
Hi Jerry, 1:23am
Its not whether every being knows right from wrong, its whether right or wrong even matters to them.
Jerry I know them too. I even sometimes believe that women who say an abortion was for the best at the time DON’T really mean it. They just want to uphold it because they are in denial about what they have really done. Abortion sounds so much better than “I killed my baby.”
I don’t ever hear of anyone talking about any other surgical procedure that required justification.
