A quick etymology lesson on the word “radical”, from the Latin radix meaning ROOT. So, yes, I’m a radical Christian, rooted in Christ, and a radical pro-lifer, the root being the belief in the sanctity of all human life. For Holder to sputter about those who “espouse a radical form of Islam” does not mean extreme as in deviating from the essence. Repeating ad naseaum that Islam is a religion of peace does not make it so. Islam means ‘submission’. Not all Muslims engage in jihad, only the ones who take their religion seriously and
do as the Koran & Hadith proscribe.
They should have let him try is verbal antics and then had the brave and wonderful Wafa Sultan “translate” his weasel words into pure, undiluted plain speak; the speech that has caused many death threats and put many fatwas upon her head.
By the by, she says that like Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan, she REFUSES to modify Islam with adjectives such as “political”, “radical”, or “extremist”. Check her out on Youtube and she deftly explains that Islam is Islam.
Another great one sounding the alarm is the brilliant Lebanese Brigitte Gabriel.
If people don’t realize by now what a bunch of idiots Obama is surrounding himself with (just because hey agree with his political ideology) then they probably never will realize it. How could an attorney general possibly look more ridiculous then this? Touring the media circuit for a week and disparaging a law as unfortunate and unconstitutional and he has never even read it or been briefed on it…ugh!!!
