Whenever I see old clips like that, or old classic movies, the goodness, the righteousness, the morality which was the norm in those days comes through. That is what normal should be. Goodness should dominate our culture, respect for authority, biblical values.
We’ve got to take our country back. I pray that one day the left wing nut jobs will be reduced to a small minority that the vast majority in America will look at with pity and compassion, and what they stand for with ridicule and utter disdain.
I have always liked that video. I really wish the pledge still stood for the United States. I wish I could take as much pride in our country as he did, but find myself getting sick because of what this country has become.

I proudly went to colllege in Red Skeleton’s hometown of Vincennes :) In recent years, the university has built a new educational building, which houses the music, theatre, and preforming arts programs, named the “Red Skelton Performing Arts Center”
Thanks, Bethany, very heartwarming. I remember as a kid saying the Pledge every morning in school and after it we said the Lord’s Prayer. In public school — can you imagine that?
