Sunday Word: “Good sense is shown by all who follow God’s principles”

Wisdom begins with respect for the Lord. Good sense is shown by everyone who follows God’s guiding principles. His praise continues forever. ~ Psalm 110:11, International Children’s Bible, God’s Word translations

Planned Parenthood’s abortion “storytelling” tactic borrowed from LGBT playbook

The strategy of abortion “storytelling” – a tactic borrowed from LGBT activists – is that a person who has had an abortion talks about it openly and positively in order to elicit the empathy of listeners who might then be persuaded that abortion is normal and a good thing for women….

[T]he architect of the storytelling initiative is a gay political activist named Dave Fleischer, who moved to California in 2009 following the passage of Proposition 8 with the plan of helping the militant gay rights movement get its agenda moving.

Stanek weekend Q: Explain breathtaking liberal blind spot on abortion vs animal cruelty?

These tweets are literally posted one on top the other in pro-abortion Democrat Ted Deutch’s Twitter feed:

The practice of animal crushing is a sexual fetish of the sickest kind.

About his introduction of the PACT Act, Rep. Deutch wrote:

Democrat Party’s new cause: adult consensual incest

screen-shot-2015-02-02-at-9-46-21-pmYou will note a missing word in the description of the rape/incest exceptions in the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, i.e., 20-week abortion ban, passed in the U.S. House May 13:

EXCEPTIONS….

the pregnancy is the result of rape against an adult woman….

the pregnancy is a result of rape against a minor or incest against a minor….

Do you see it? The missing word is “incest against an adult woman.”

Pro-life blog buzz 5-15-15

pro-lifeby Susie Allen, host of the blog, Pro-Life in TN, and Kelli

  • Wesley J. Smith responds to an article in The Atlantic, which blames one million missing black voters on a higher mortality rate among the black population. Smith reminds them of another reason:

But if you really want to find the source of missing African-American voters, it is estimated that more than 10 million African-American babies weren’t born because of abortion. If you really want to find missing black voters, that’s where I think the finger should be pointed. Because of Roe v. Wade, and what some believe to be the targeting of African-Americans by the abortion industry, there are millions of black voters who never had a chance to cast a ballot.

Abortion clinic ad features “loser” male response to pregnancy

by Carder That reads like a goof on male panic over parental responsibility, as if the guy, in his haste to get her to a clinic, couldn’t spare an extra three seconds to type out a full sentence about taking her to Carafem. In fact, he’s not even offering to take her; all he’s really […]

New language in 20-week abortion ban virtually ensures an end to late-term abortions

admin-ajaxYesterday, the U.S. House passed the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act by a vote of 242-184-1.

In the gallery for the debates and vote, I was as horrified by pro-abortion opposition as I was elated by pro-life support.

Most egregious was Democrat Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, who evoked faith, God, and even the song “Glory” from the movie Selma to defend the right to dismember 5-mo-old children (beginning at 33:32).
