On February 7, 29-yr-old Jennifer Morbelli, pictured right, died at a Maryland hospital the morning after LeRoy Carhart completed the abortion of her 33-wk-old baby in the Germantown, Maryland, mill at which he worked.

Ironically, the day before Morbelli died the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene issued licenses to all 17 abortion clinics in the state without ever having inspected them, even though abortion clinic regulations had been enacted in November 2012.

Pro-abortion U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg spoke last week at Harvard Law School and was inevitably asked a question about abortion:

I did not report on the death last week of a patient of late-term abortionist LeRoy Carhart because I did not have corroboration.

I now do.

Carhart’s alleged victims were 29-year-old Jennifer McKenna Morbelli, pictured right, and her 33-week-old preborn daughter, Madison Leigh. Read their obituary here.

My sincere sympathies go to Jennifer and Madison’s family, who is certainly suffering unimaginable grief.

I confirmed the identities of the victims through two sources. After a name ID was received from an impeccable informant, sidewalk counselors at the abortion clinic positively identified Jennifer’s obituary photo. Jennifer’s obituary also states she “passed away suddenly.”

Following is the information and timeline pieced together through those and other sources.

It was this 2010 billboard ad by the Susan B. Anthony List against then-Congressman Steve Driehaus that started it (click to enlarge)…

Driehaus was a supposedly pro-life Democrat who voted for Obamacare.

Driehaus went on to lose his race to pro-life Republican Steve Chabot, only to turn around and file a complaint with the Ohio Election Commission, accusing SBA list of fraudulent advertising that resulted in his defeat. This despite the fact Obamacare indeed funds abortions.

Driehaus dropped that complaint only to file a federal complaint of defamation.

5:35p: I read with alarm a story at CNS News today that the Colorado Supreme Court is allowing an injunction to stand that prohibits pro-lifers from publicly displaying graphic images of aborted babies at a Denver church.

The Court’s reasoning demonstrated the height of judicial hypocrisy. It ruled signs such as Exhibits 43 and 9, right, “cause ‘psychological harm’ to children under 12,” according to CBN.

This from the same legal system that authorized the murders of the photographed children.

This obvious free speech violation is serious in and of itself, but the injunction also carries ramifications for other pro-life activists around the country.

I’ve previewed the first episode, and this show is a going to be ground-breaking. A description:

True to their word, pro-life activists in Winter Park, Florida, have sued the city government for passing an ordinance banning home protests.

City commissioners (minus the mayor, who voted to protect free speech) enacted the ban after pro-lifers picketed the home of Jenna Tosh, CEO of Planned Parenthood of Greater Orlando, on August 18.

The ban prohibits protests within 50 feet of any home.

They may already be out there, but I was just made aware for the first time of a digital pro-life billboard.
