Statement by BornAliveTruth.org
Statement released November 5 by Jill Stanek, Executive Director of BornAliveTruth.org, upon the election of Barack Obama for president…
President-elect Obama and his supporters protested loudly that he opposes infanticide of abortion survivors, contrary to what his own record confirmed.
If it is true that Obama does not support what the late Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan deemed infanticide, then he should fully support the introduction of Born Alive Infants Protection Act enforcement bills.
There is significant evidence that babies who survive abortion are either being outright killed or shelved to die despite BAIPA’s 2002 passage. This indicates the need for the President of the United States and its government officials to truly uphold the “right to life” dictated by our Founding Fathers. We hope to have their full support to aid these babies who are born alive after abortions and provide them with necessary medical care.
God bless you Jill.
I will echo Joanne… God bless you, Jill. Thank you for keeping me informed about Obama’s voting record, and giving me the strength to vote for life.
You are a lion Jill, an Esther, a true hero of God.
This web site is a joke right? I mean it must be satire…right?
David L, it sure has its moments of high entertainment value. Stick around, it’s addicting. I’m on my way out. Fun while it lasted, but I’ve said all I can say.
It’s time to start taxing churches that involve themselves in politics.
The separation of church and state is dictated in the Constitution. The First Amendment: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof . . .” We are not a Christian nation. We are a Democratic Republic. You can believe what ever you wish but do not try to force you radical agenda on me. An abortion is a medical procedure not a religious procedure. I am not in favor of forcing you to have an abortion and you have no right to prevent anyone from having one if they choose. That word “choice” is the relevant issue here. You are not the solution, you are the problem.
This web site is a joke right? I mean it must be satire…right?
Did you find something untrue in the article, David?
Thanks Joanne, Lerin, HisMan, Bethany, all… well, except David, Hal, and Robert… :)
” or prohibiting the free exercise thereof ”
—————————————–
That’s the kicker there, Robert…. Religious leaders exhorting and supporting the teachings of the Church and informing their flock of the same IS the free exercise of said religion.
“We are not a Christian nation.”
This nation was founded on Christian Principles…whether you want to believe it or not is up to you…
“You can believe what ever you wish but do not try to force you radical agenda on me”
Now, when did standing up for what we believe in force you to believe in the same? Do you feel threatened by our faith?
Robert L,
An abortion is a medical procedure not a religious procedure.
There, you said it yourself. Regulating a medical procedure that kills a child is a human issue not a religious one. Do you support killing a baby who survives an abortion?
Does this ring a bell with anyone?
“The threat indicated that any act of “anti-abortion terror” would be “ANSWERED IN KIND BY PRO-CHOICE COUNTERTERRORISTS, who will mount violent attacks against right-to-lifers.” [Emphasis theirs.] The threat was issued by someone identifying himself as “SoMG” with the IP address of 207.237.113.33.”
The preceeding was taken from the e-news letter of Operation Rescue.
Wow, Doyle. Way too familiar – and BANNED – name.
Robert L,
The separation of church and state is dictated in the Constitution.
The First Amendment: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof . . .”
The separation of church and person IS NOT dictated in the Constitution.
Unless your religion is based on abortion, any prohibition on abortion is NOT preventing you from exercising your choice to practice religion or not practice religion.
Doyle,
Aren’t four letter words banned from this site?
Wow, Doyle,…he actually identified himself as “SOMG” while saying that? Usually, he claims that comes from Doctor Defense, who he claims he has no part with.

Thank you Robert for giving us the very foundation for the freedom of religion and the order for the state to stay out of it. There is no mention of the so-called “separation of church and state” in the constitution. You must live in another country.
There is significant evidence that babies who survive abortion are either being outright killed or shelved to die
Nonsense and bullcrap.
If it is true that Obama does not support what the late Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan deemed infanticide, then he should fully support the introduction of Born Alive Infants Protection Act enforcement bills.
LOLOLOLOL! Barack Obama doesn’t owe you looney birds a dang thing! You lied and smeared the man ’til you were blue in the face, and NOW you want him to enact anti-choice legislation? DREAM ON.
You had your eight years. Now it’s our turn.
“Nonsense and bullcrap.”
Reality,
Is that so? How would you know this to be factually, “nonsense and bull crap”???
Please enlighten me, I game to learn anything today! :-)

“That’s the kicker there, Robert…. Religious leaders exhorting and supporting the teachings of the Church and informing their flock of the same IS the free exercise of said religion.”
Advocating a political agenda is a violation of your tax exempt status. I’m not trying to shut you up I just want you to obey the law. Speak out politically is you wish just pay taxes like any other organization.
“This nation was founded on Christian Principles…whether you want to believe it or not is up to you…”
Christian principles do not a Christian nation make. There are strong ethical and moralistic principles in many religions. There are even such principles in Atheism. I do not cheat, steal, lie, commit adutery, commit murder, etc. and I live a life and run a business with very high standards of honesty an integrity. I do not have to be a Christian to do this and just because you are a Christian it does not mean that you are not guilty of transgression. I say again the United States of America is not a Christian nation. It obviously has many Christians as citizens. This is a primary reason that we continue to be so intolerant, ignorant, narrow minded, inseucure and backward. These are the principles that Christians seem to value so much and they continue to block our progress as a nation in the world. There is very much a place for you in the USA but your influence needs to be marginalized when it comes to government policy. The Mormons flooding California with tens of millions of dollars in their effort to pass Prop. 8 is a perfect example of what I am talking about. A constitutional amendment against t gay marriage is a travisty of justice and it will be overturned.
Now, when did standing up for what we believe in force you to believe in the same? Do you feel threatened by our faith?
Standing up for what you believe is not the problem. Advocating a political agenda that forces us all to adhere to your religious principles is the problem. I will believe that you are pro-life when you start being against capital punishment, war, incest, rape, child prostitution, racism, hatred, intolerance, bigotry and exclusionary prejudice. Until then I will only believe that you are anti abortion and not pro life. I will believe the you are a Christian when you start acting like Christ. The Christianity you practice is not the panacea for all of your imagined political inequities, it is a form of ignorance, intolerance and bigotry of the worst kind. Jesus does not look kindly at what he sees being done today in his name. You all have a lot to learn.

Robert, cut and paste the first amendment to the constitution and post it.

“There, you said it yourself. Regulating a medical procedure that kills a child is a human issue not a religious one. Do you support killing a baby who survives an abortion?”
Have you stopped beating your wife? I support the right of the mother and her doctor to make that decision…without the interference of religious fanatics. I don’t see any mothers or doctors being prosecuted for murder. If the choice is made by the mother and doctor then extreme efforts are used to keep a baby alive, now that the medical technology exists, from a very early premature birth. Why do you make that distinction when you’ve already made it known that you are against abortion under ANY circumstances? You are killing thousands of future babies every time you use a condom or a birth control pill or any time you “spill your seed”. Why don’t you make it illegal for a woman to have a miscarriage? Repent you sinners, confess your sins and ask God for forgiveness. What’s the difference between killing a baby that survives an abortion and killing a convict in a gas chamber. You all are hypocrites. You mouth the sanctity of life and yet you want to bomb Iran. Thousands of innocent Iraqis have died and thousands of American GI’s have perished and yet you still support an illegal war. Sanctity of life, BS, you are all hypocrites. How many abortions have been performed on women you were anti abortion? How many abortions have been performed on the daughters of parents who were anti abortion? Sarah Palin’s daughter probably would have had an abortion if she weren’t in the public spot light. You are all against abortion until your slutty daughter gets knocked up by her meth dealer boyfriend. If you don’t want an abortion then don’t have one but don’t give me a hypocritical and disingenuous argument about my rights. My rights stop at you lips. Keep them shut. The supreme court is NEVER going to overturn Roe Vs. Wade so get used to it. My rights have absolutely nothing to do with your religion. This is not the dark ages, it’s the twenty first century. You can continue to spout your hate and intolerance in your own home but leave it there. There are still plenty of racists around but they stopped lynching niggers in (surprise) 1981. There will always be those who are against abortion and they have a right not to have one but they DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ME THAT RIGHT. You may view these comments as inflammatory but I view Jill’s comments about infanticide as inflammatory. wher were you pro life ranting when your compatriots were killing doctors that performen abortions
Robert said: “You are killing thousands of future babies every time you use a condom or a birth control pill or any time you “spill your seed”.”
Robert, apparently you are from the 18th century. Try reading a modern Biology textbook, then come back here and try to have an intelligent conversation.
To paraphrase Robert: “There will always be those who are against infanticide and they have a right not to kill an infant, but they DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ME THAT RIGHT.”
In other words, Robert, it’s all about “your rights” and nothing at all about the victim of the violence, right?
Nothing like hiding behind the law, is there, Robert?
Could anyone here fill me in on the ELCA involvement with Trinity UCC in an abortion clinic?
Holy smokes. Obama winning the election has brought the kukes out of the cupboards..lol
Robert,
Pro-life people don’t become anti-life when their daughter get pregnant. You must be thinking of somebody else who feigned to be pro-life.
Holy smokes. Obama winning the election has brought the kukes out of the cupboards..lol
