Breaking news: KS Planned Parenthood caught on tape THIS WEEK helping cover up adult rape of minor
A press conference was just held by KS state Sen. Tim Huelskamp (below top right) and state Rep. Lance Kinzer (below bottom right) releasing an audiotape made this week exposing Planned Parenthood of KS and Mid-MO’s Overland Park abortion mill as participants in underage rape cover-up.
Can’t believe they were so stupid after all the negative press and law enforcement interest in Lila Rose’s videos exposing PPs nationwide of similar intent to help adult sexual predators hide the sexual abuse of young girls.
Details from the press release…
In a conversation recorded earlier this week between a [woman posing as a] 14-year-old girl and a PP employee, the employee is informed that the young girl believes she may be pregnant by her 23-year-old boyfriend. PP invites the young girl to the clinic for a pregnancy test and possible contraceptive services – and informs the young victim that her sexual abuser can come to the clinic to pick up the contraceptives. At no point does the employee raise any concerns about sexual abuse, despite the fact that the situation described constitutes Aggravated Indecent Liberties under KS law.
The statement says KS taxpayers have shelled out over $500k to PP in the last 2 fiscal years alone. It calls for legislators to defund KS/MO PP.
This mill is already in trouble. Continues the release:
The Overland Park facility exposed in this recording, Comprehensive Health of PP of KS and Mid-MO, is already under serious investigation. Former District Attorney Phill Kline has filed 107 misdemeanor and felony counts against this clinic, including performing illegal late terms abortion and falsifying medical reports. The evidence revealed here indicates that further investigation of PP is clearly warranted.
Listen to the complete unedited call here.
The employee appears knowledgeable of KS law, telling the girl her parents do not have to be notified if she gets a pregnancy test. That may be, but the law should be notified. Requests for pregnancy tests and birth control pills for an underage minor who has told a health entity her “boyfriend” is a legal adult is indicative rape has been or will occur: She is in harm’s way.
What’s another felony for these people?
The abortuaries write their own laws. Just imagine those that support torture and decapitatin of the unborn. what is another crime?
Obviously Planned Barrenhood only cares about making money by killing innocent babies, they do not care at all if a young teenage girl has been raped or not. Just end the baby’s life.
I’m getting more and more outraged about this pattern of illegality. Do they have any tapes of a counselor who tells the “girl” that they’ll have to report it?
I think I’m going to send a letter to my local PP and tell them that I am a strong supporter of their work, but that I would like assurances in light of these recent examples, that they would follow the reporting law.
“I’m getting more and more outraged about this pattern of illegality.”
Yes, it’s criminal. How can we shut them down completely?
Hal,
I am completely encouraged by your outrage!! I am outraged as well!!
Why would there be a videotape showing PP following the law? So far the pattern seems pretty clear.
Carla, I’m just wondering if the lawbreaking is 100% or if those are the only tapes released. For all we know, 95% of the time PP follows the law and we never hear about it.

The Mona Lisa Project by Live Action isn’t over. Stay tuned….
Seconding Hal. I’m willing to bet that 95% of the time, PP follows the laws. We don’t hear about it because it doesn’t fit with the cause. Just like 95% of time, anti-abortion activists are normal, sane individuals who don’t bomb clinics. Would you judge the group as bad because of a few individuals?
Even if 95% of the time (which I doubt) PP follows the law, 5% is way to much. 5% of sexual predators being allowed to continue preying on young girls is unacceptable. Tax payer money should be diverted to law abiding organizations.

I’m willing to bet NOT!
But isn’t that why laws exist! 95% of men do not rape women but we have a law for those that decide they enjoy this form of assault.
95% of drivers do not drive impaired but we have a law against drunk driving too.
The fact is that PP is WILLING to lie to protect the perpetrators of statutory rape is not encouraging.

The law is to be followed 100% of the time. Doctors wash their hands 100% of the time between cases. More often than not? that is bad medicine.
But you all are not honest. When we call the cops and ask how many times a child molestation/under age rape was reported, they say “none”.
That was the deal in Kansas. Phil Kline didn’t “take their word for it”
He found out they had never reported a case.
Liberals don’t like math, medicine or facts. If lila goes in and the extremists say they report 95% of the time, that means Lila would be reported 95% of the time. She calls police stations and says never. Now she also asks them how often they have had any reports from an abortuary and they don’t know what she is talking about. The abortuary is a sanctuary for child abuse, incest and sex crimes. They just do not report underage pregnancies.
“Liberals don’t like math, medicine or facts.”
very nicely said, but they especially don’t like theology or scientific facts, both of which can uncover the truth about something.
“The abortuary is a sanctuary for child abuse, incest and sex crimes.
you forgot murder :(
The person who answers the phones is not a mandated reporter. No laws were broken.
“I’m willing to bet that 95% of the time, PP follows the laws.”
–At Live Action, we are still releasing our Mona Lisa Project. As a person who worked on that project, Planned Parenthood was irresponsible and violated their own internal policies and common sensibility (if not the law outright) a majority of the time. As for the exact number, I am not at liberty to say that yet so one will just have to wait until more of the Mona Lisa Project comes out.
“The person who answers the phones is not a mandated reporter. No laws were broken.”
–That depends on each state. I have not looked up Kansas although I know that MANY other states, it says everyone in that state is a mandated reporter.
Thank you David!! I am so thankful for you and Lila and the Mona Lisa project!!
Hal,
click on David’s name and check out the Violations Map!!
“liberals don’t like scientific facts”. Oh that’s the best yet. I don’t know too many conservative scientists. And certainly don’t know any liberals that question things like evolution. ROTFLMAO.
do doctors, nurses, hospitals, pregnancy centers, etc report underage pregnancies or requests for birth control?
if a police officer sees a pregnant young teen, do they take her in for questioning and then make arrests (her and/or him)?
“I don’t know too many conservative scientists.”
Hi Misty. I’m a mathematician and a conservative. Chalk another one on your small list. Pleased to meet you.
” bobby do you find you are a rare bird? ”
Well, yes. I actually knew 2 or 3 conservative math professors at my undergrad institution, but especially at my current college, NO ONE (in math) is conservative. There is a doctor that my wife works with at the hospital who is conservative (he does research so I would consider him a scientist), but I don’t know of anyone else in the sciences at my school that is conservative.
So the point is, we do exist, but admittedly, we are rare.

Ummm, how is this even close to the same situation? Simply requesting contraceptives or being a pregnant teen is not indicative of a child abuse situation. Explicitly stating that you are a child and you may be pregnant by an adult directly indicates child rape. Regardless of your position on abortion or your political preference, the fact that a government subsidized entity is willing to cover up child rape should bother you.
95 % of the time, men don’t rape, but we lock up those who do: we don’t lock up ALL men. Similarly, 95 percent of PP clinics obey the law, we can condemn those who do without locking up all clinics.
Human Abstract,
Businesses and individuals are treated differently under the law as I’m sure you know. Planned Parenthood is responsible for running their business according to federal, state and local laws and the ultimate responsibility lies with upper management. If enough violations routinely happen at local, state and federal levels and management is ineffective in correcting mistakes, the organization can be shut down.
Let’s take a look at the reality. Only 3% of Planned Parenthood’s activities involve abortion. Planned Parenthood is a non profit organization. P.P. provides services for millions of men and women, many of whom have lost health insurance and or their jobs. In terms of percentage this is what P.P. does: STD testing 29%; Contraception 38%; Cancer screening 19%; Other 11%; Abortion 3%.
Now if anti-choice fundamentalists were really concerned about abortions and “life” why would they attack contraception as they are currently doing? Contraception in addition to preventing un-intended pregnancies helps to prevent the spread of AIDS; STD’s; STI’s or (sexually transmitted infections) for both men and women. Isn’t it obvious that they would prefer to tell American citizens how they should live and conduct their sex lives? They are truly the American version of the Taliban. This has little to do with “Life” and everything to do with dogma. Why is this dangerous and a threat to the human race? Well, if you are ignorant enough to believe that a “spirit” of some sort enters the womb at the moment of conception, then you couldn’t possibly permit stem cell research which will actually help save millions of “LIVES”. So how can the issue be about life and not misguided superstition and ignorance? The excess number of embryo’s brought about by “In Vetro Fertilization” are currently being discarded, literally thrown away. What if as a society we threw away “heart’s” that could save someone’s life because we thought there was a “spirit” inside? This ignorance is a direct affront to Science, Medicine, Democracy and mankind’s altruistic nature to help those in need.
Benny, you are wrong on most if not all counts.
Here is why I am against the birth control pill and the IUD:
They kill babies, just like abortion does. So while you may disagree, it’s not inconsistent. And these do not prevent STDs.
Here’s why I am against barrier methods of birth control:
Surprise! I’m not. I am perfectly fine with those being legal. I don’t want them and won’t use them–I am sexually attracted to my husband, not pieces of latex–but hey, if you swing that way, you can use them in the privacy of your own home.
The problem with birth control, though, is that it actually leads to more pregnancy because people think they are completely protected and have more sex. Do me a favor–find out whether a greater percentage of unmarried women got pregnant in 1929 or 2008.
Guess what? I am completely against throwing away embryos conceived by IVF. I think every one deserves a chance at life, not a chance at being the subject of scientific research, and I would be willing to adopt some myself if I could find a practitioner to implant them who would not require me to do anything immoral.
“Every year thousands of elders are discarded into nursing homes. They are just going to die there. Let’s use them for research!”
What you are saying is just as evil.
Nice of you to admit it’s about your sex life. Most liberals claim it’s about choice, so I guess it’s good that you recognize it’s not about whether your child lives or dies, but about your right to have sex without consequences.
Personally, I love the consequences of sex. I am very fond of the emotional and physical closeness to my husband, the physical and emotional pleasure, and my children. I am so glad that sex has meaning and consequences. Maybe you should try getting married and having real sex, with another human being and no latex, and then you wouldn’t be so bitter.
YCW,
Interesting of you to point out I’m “wrong” that really tells me all I need to know about who I’m dealing with. I don’t suppose their could be multiple points of view….why waste time on Philosophy when you have all the answers spelled out for you by your right-wing clergy. Sorry YCW your self-righteousness is showing a bit and so is your fundamentalist Christianity.
For starters learn the difference between Zygote, Embryo, Fetus and baby. Then I think you will have a much better understanding of why this choice belongs to women and not right-wing fundamentalists. It’s between them and their doctors….you don’t have anything to say about it. Get it?
Ahhhh, are you actually saying that contraception does not prevent STD’s? Am I really reading that right? Couldn’t be…..I don’t think even the God Squad could be that stupid., so that’s why they…er…(snicker)…eh don’t need contraception in Africa where disease is spreading like wildfire because of the lack of contraception and Bush’s funding cuts? You couldn’t be this stupid….or could you? With the right-wing fundie crowd sometimes it’s hard to tell. What most of us take for common sense evidently needs to be explained to you with diagrams, charts and a ‘Powerpoint’ presentation’s before you get it. Or maybe you’d jut prefer not to think about reality all together. How conveinent.
“Birth control leads to more pregnancy”…..wow….you people have really lost your shit haven’t you? You are absolutely barking. Are you for real? Well let’s try a little de-programming for a minute. You see when you protect yourself with contraception you are protecting yourself and your partner from disease and un-intended pregnancy. Having more sex would not increase your chances of pregnancy unless you stopped using contraception. So when young people do not have access to contraceptives the pregnancy rate goes up not down….to the tune of about 750,000 a year under Bush and his failed abstinence programs. SHOCKER!
As far as un-married women getting pregnant between 1929 and 2008….well it’s a very silly, irrelevant question that has many factors….most of them having to do with the fact that most un-married women in 1929 lived in rural communities where their civil rights and sexual options were repressed by their local churches and the Patriarchal society that we have thankfully freed ourselves from. Hmmmm, interesting how your mind works….or doesn’t….depending on your point of view. I understand vitamin B helps with rambling, pointless thoughts…..give it a try. It’s got to work better than prayer.
The next point is so ridiculous it’s difficult to even answer. You see stem cells are not embryos….that’s your first problem. Secondly they to not magically transform themselves into “babies”. Since the cell is the only thing that is useful it is quite stupid, immoral and unethical to throw them away when they could save millions of lives and contribute a great deal to eliminating Alzheimer’s and many other diseases facing mankind. So first of all….find out what you are talking about….then get back to me.
Many of the elders we have in nursing homes would not have to be there if we didn’t have dolts like you who are against stem cell research. They could be leading long happy lives….but the “fundies” in the flat earth society somehow think that a stem cell is a baby!
Where you got the idea that I was somehow talking about my sex life….who knows….your gerbil brain seems to spew random thoughts as it continually misfires. Yes, you do have the right to have sex without getting pregnant. You have a problem with that? That’s human nature my dear. If a women has four kids and she and her husband decide they do not want a fifth…are they supposed to stop having sex? Are you for real? Do you have any idea how destructive and moronic your mode of thinking is? Do you have any idea what problems we would have as a society with over-population and food resourses? So of course they have the choice of going through with the pregnancy or not….what planet are you living on?
Please, I’m really not interested in any details of your sex life…you’re telling me way more than I need to know. Oh I see now! So you have to be married for sex to be meaningful….hmmmm……that would rule out long term relationships for about 90% of the American population gay or straight. But you’re special right? You have a special relationship with your fantasy god I’ll bet. Sorry most people have very positive and healthy sexual relationships whether it’s with multiple partners or one they have been living with for over a decade. Your view of morality is irrelevant…there are many different types of people with many, many different approaches to life….and well gee….I guess it’s just tough shit if they don’t conform to your narrow and backward view of how everyone should live their sex lives. But speaking of morality….I’m always amazed by the way the anti-choice crowd is all for capital punishment, invading countries that had nothing to do with 911 and then calling it ‘fighting for freedom’ (not really sure how that works when you are occupying another sovereign nation as an invasion force…but whatever), against euthanasia for the terminally ill (how Christian of you to let others suffer), giving more money to the Pentagon to promote a ‘war economy’, etc., etc.
Get back to me once you’ve figured out what a stem cell is.
Benny Profane said, “Get back to me once you’ve figured out what a stem cell is.”
Embryonic or adult? Perelandra’s Queen might do well to stay away from the Un-man. As far as I can tell, Bush seems to be a nickname for Ransom.
Guess what, even the wife of the President and CEO of Planned Parenthood of KS and MO is ashamed to take his last name. She goes by Jenkins. She tells everyone her husband is against death penalty (for murderers and rapists that is), yet forgetting to add he is not so against killing innocent babies. Any thoughts?
