She actually laments the fact that America is not receptive to socialism! Although I believe her pronouncement of the death of the Socialist Party in America is greatly exaggerated. The “official” Socialist Party may not be on parade, but it is certainly not dead….
In Elena Kagan, we have a homosexual activist radical, a partial-birth abortion supporter, a despiser of our military, a would-be gun grabber and free speech killer – just an all-around good Marxist.

Can you update us on what’s happening with the perjury charge against Kagan? Where do they stand with that? If they just drop that and don’t pursue it, then we officially have a Congress full of weaselly cowards.
