Quote of the Day 7-31-10
I believe that the Medical Board of CA is unfairly prosecuting me in an attempt to appease the anti-abortion activists….
~ Excerpt from a letter by CA abortionist Andrew Rutland to 5 pro-abortion CA congresspersons, pro-abort Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer, Attorney General Eric Holder, CA First Lady Maria Shriver, and Oprah Winfrey, among others.
Rutland is complaining that charges against him have been upgraded from accidental death to homicide in the death of 30-yr-old Ying Chen, who died August 3, 2009, of toxic reaction to anesthesia after getting an abortion at 16 to 16-1/2 weeks gestation from Rutland on July 28, according to the Orange Co. Register.

it is my understanding from reading the medical board reports that the baby died a few days later in the hospital. and doesn’t a 16 week pregnancy require laminaria inserted over 2 days for an abortion? so how can the patient react to the medicine after the abortion but an abortion never took place?
