Wondering if these Koalas are actually someone’s pets. Koalas from the wild can be a bit “testy”, no?
Koalas: epic.
Oh, they are some of the cutest animals there are!!!!
Though I should stay quiet, I find most animals terribly cute…
Yes, Janet- Koalas don’t generally welcome human contact, but it is illegal to keep them as pets, though many live in animal sanctuaries and zoos where they would get used to human contact. They are actually mostly nocturnal creatures, sleep most of the day, and don’t normally drink water, unless very distressed. There was a picture going around not long ago of a Koala getting a drink from a volunteer fire fighter after having just barely escaped a bush fire.
Little pet peeve- the producer of the clip needs to spell-check AUSTRALIA- she mis-spells it twice!
Aussie Aussie Aussie- OY OY OY!! :o)
Actually, there are a couple of other words that have been misspelled. One is ‘askes’ it should be asks the other is ‘to’ it should be too. Not a bad video but the temperature seldom gets to 120 degrees in Australia except in mid summer and not everywhere even then. Australia is the best place with wonderful climate, generally.
