Where can I get one of those dolls?
It’s not exactly clear whether any of these women breast-fed their babies, or if they have been around a mother with a toddler and a new baby. My daughter imitated me nursing my son in the early days of being home with the newest addition. She would sit beside me and nurse her doll like I nursed the baby. There are likely a lot of toddlers who will enjoy these dolls and feel very sophisticated that they can “nurse” their baby (dolls) along with their mothers. In the least, it’s a way to break down the sexualization of the breast, from the earliest age.
You can get one on e-Bay, Peg. I just saw one yesterday, but I heard about them last year.
