Sleeping preborn baby’s “creepy eyes”
On the Vitae Foundation’s website, you’ll find a giant, creepy set of closed baby eyes and the equally creepy phrase, “She rests blissfully because we didn’t.”
What a call to action.
But really, they should keep up the good work. Nothing is a better argument for contraception than creepy baby eyes. I mean, nobody wants to give birth to a demon. I’ve seen Rosemary’s Baby.

A sleeping child! The horror!
Are you sure this is a photo of a preborn baby, and not a newborn? I can’t actually tell (which, I suppose, is the whole point).
Classy.
There’s nothing creepy about a sleeping baby.
Ok, so I know that most rabid pro-aborts are uncomfortable with, or (in many cases) just downright hate, children. But how psychologically warped do you need to be to get creeped out by the mere sight of a peacefully sleeping (born or pre-born) baby?
They are creeped out by it, because they know it is a baby…and in their “choice” centered minds, they have to try to come to terms with what they defend….which ultimately is that is it “okay” to kill a baby in utero and call is “healthcare”. It infuriates them to see what actually is living and growing inside a pregnant woman. A pregnant woman is not a thing to marvel at to them…it is a gross and disgusting thing. Pregnancies are put in a category like a disease and referred to a s being “harmful” to the woman. The miracle of life is nothing but a leech to them.
I see nothing creepy about this. Maybe this pro abort ought to get a hysterectomy and move to an island by herself…then she won’t have to look at sleeping children.
If this is all they have to argue about then the battle is closing in!
Here it is in black and white for the undecided to see. Pro-aborts think a baby whose eyes are closed in sleep is “creepy”. Nuff said. You can see their side for what they are. They hate babies.
The web magazine is called “The Stranger.” It’s the same magazine that hosts Dan Savage.
….Creepy? I thought it was a sweet picture. Pro-aborts boggle my mind. O.o
I guess pro-aborts don’t like asian children. That is an asian child and it is beautiful.
There are none so blind as those who refuse to see.
Come on, people! Can’t you show compassion, understanding, tolerance, and compromise for this person who finds a sleeping baby to be creepy, with the baby’s creepy eyes?
A sleeping baby and her creepy eye are frightenging things. They are clearly more terrifying than ghosts, demons, Islamofascist militant Jihadis, like al Aqsa Martyr’s Brigage, Islamic Brotherhood, al Islamya, al Qaeda, Hamas, Hizbollah, and other loving, charitable, gentle, passive members of the Religion of Peace, Love, Mercy, Compassion, Tolerance, Understanding, cute little puppies, cute little kittens, and other wonderful, sweet, non-violent, fluffy little, adorable creatures. (grin)
Those sleeping babies are the most dangerous, most violent things in the universe. Tiny human embryos, and tiny human fetuses are violent, monstrous, vile creatures who rip your flesh with their razor sharp, serated teeth, and who can tear your flesh from your bones with their razor sharp claws, and superhuman strength which makes a herd of African elephants look weaker than a new born chickie.
Those dangerous fetuses, and their previous developmental stage as embryos, are so terrifying, so violent, so dangerous that even military personnel in tanks are not safe, for they can tear the skin of a tank apart like tearing a piece of construction paper, those demonic embryos and fetuses are THAT powerful, THAT dangerous.
Superman would flee in fear of those tiny, dangerous, violent embryos and fetuses.
Alien, with its nightmarish teeth, its mouth within a mouth, is burning acidic saliva and blood, and its spiked tail, and its powerful body, is not match for those terrifying, creepy, violent fetuses with their superhuman strength.
Satan, Galactus, Godzilla, all of them are whimps next to the power and malevolence of human fetuses.
“Excorcist” is a happy tale compared to the terror of a human embryo and a human fetus. After viewing those creepy fetuses and their creepy eyes you would never be terrified by a possessed character portrayed by Linda Blair in that movie “The Excorcist.”
Jurrasic Park, T-Rex, Velacoraptor? All mere kittens next to the vile, salacious, demonic, super powerful, terrifying, unstoppable, all powerful, ugly, creepy human fetus.
Beware.
You have been warned.
Although it might not help too much, it is best to become a convert to Islam, or a Dhimmie – submissive to Islam, then, perhaps we can be protected, at least a little bit, from those creepy, terrifying human fetuses. After all, Islam is the Religion of Peace, Love, Tolerance, Mercy, Compassion, Understanding, etc., and they treat women like treasures, never condemning them to being tortured, flogged to death, or stoned to death just because they are rape victims, or forcing them to wear covering from head to toe, or cover their heads, etc., or being reprimanded and punished for not doing so. After all, al Qaeda, Hamas, Hizbollah, et al, are “pro-life,” right? (grin again.)
Now, please show compassion and tolerance for Megan Burbank, the lady, who blogged at how creeped out she was over viewing that horrific, nightmare inducing human fetus.
[ /sarcasm = off ]
Question: A woman is raped and becomes pregnant by that rape. Of the following who is the most likely to be slaughtered – put to death – killed?
The woman who is the victim of the rape and becomes pregnant by the rape?
The rapist who violated the woman with his aggressive act of rape?
The baby who did nothing whatsoever, but who is now alive?
Question: Where is the justice in butchering a third person who had nothing to do with the crime committed, while the person who perpetuated the crime gets to live, and the victim will always be the crime-rape victim, even after the third party, the third person who is completely innocent, is put to death?
Question: If we carry that behavior to its logical conclusion then, if someone violates us, can we go up to a thrid person, a stranger, and have them executed because we were violently assaulted, no matter that the third person, the stranger, did not harm, while the person who did assault us is never executed?
How is that cute baby “creepy”? What the heck is wrong with some people? It’s like they aren’t so much pro-abortion as they are totally and insanely all out anti-baby.
I linked to your post over at Potluck, Jill:

I think that child is pre-birth. I don’t see any eyelashes, which is one of the later developments, IIRC.
What a sad, morally, spiritually, love-bankrupt woman. It’s her words and sentiments that are creepy and demonic. She is pitiable.
Anyone who thinks that a sleeping baby is creepy is “psychologically warped. ”
I agree with you, Melissa!
Gosh – is this the picture Megan Burbank is complaining about? Goodness! A sleeping baby is creepy? Rosemary’s baby? not! Boy – I wonder how she’d feel if that baby opened her eyes? Smiled! Waved? Yikes – wait until they walk! Watch out! ;)
William, you are of course correct that man is the most evil creature on the face of the Earth. Sadly, Megan accidentally proves it.
Jennifer, good choice of words; pitiable. This is really the only thing I can feel for the young (Yes, I presume) woman who gave vent to the hatred for life hiding in her own breast. Unfortunately, like Legion, she is many.
-K
Oh well, I guess Ms. Megan was really creepy x number of decades back when she was a baby, especially when she dared to close her eyes and sleep.
If demonizing babies is the only way to sell abortions (or the pro-“choice” ideology), then victory will be ours in the near future.
In the article, they linked to a pro-life based unplanned pregnancy site called Your Options, which I wasn’t aware of, but do now thanks to them. I bookmarked it & will add it to my blog as a resource :)
That is the precious face of innocence. And that’s why it frightens some people. They don’t even know how to process pure, unadulterated trust and innocence.
When we decide to rip to shreds MILLIONS of innocent children like this one, we begin to view them as the enemy. As subhuman invaders.
Megan sees this child as the enemy instead of as an innocent little human who should be protected from slaughter.
Our society is incredibly twisted.
Thanks, Zilla… :)
LB, I agree, that looks like an Asian baby. So which is creepy — Asian babies, or babies in general? What a warped way of thinking.
Yeah, I think it’s a little Asian kid. Oh, those Asians! So creepy and demonic!
Megan doesn’t like pictures of aborted babies.
Megan doesn’t like sonograms.
Megan doesn’t like pictures of sleeping babies.
Connect the dots and follow the straight line they form into (out of?) the pit of Hell. Rosemary’s Baby was Megan’s reference, and in making it she tipped her demonic mitt.
Both of these wonderful prayers are devotionals from 40daysforlife.com:
“Father of mercy and grace, we thank you for the gift of our children. Grant that every fiber of our being may rejoice when a new baby, our own or any else’s, is born into the world. Help us to welcome them as we would welcome you, for whenever a new baby is conceived, another life to bear your image and another voice to praise and worship you, is beginning. In Christ’s name we pray. Amen.”

“Heavenly Father, may we reflect your character of grace and kindness to those who hate us and curse us. Guard our hearts and our tongues as we respond in love to words and actions meant to rile us or cause us harm. Let others see the Hope that is Christ in all we say and do. In His precious name we pray, amen.”

Oh, what a beautiful baby! Notice the little milk bumps on the nose? I remember meeting my sons for the first time and seeing them sleeping peacefully with those little white bumps on their nose from the vernix caseosa in the pores. I can’t wait to meet my newest little one in 20 weeks.
I agree with everyone, some people are so warped!
