New defunding tool: Salaries of Planned Parenthood affiliate CEOs (and how to easily find them)

I was interested to read yesterday that one reason the New Hampshire Executive Council decided to defund Planned Parenthood of Northern New England was due to the exorbitant $250,000 salary made by this supposed nonprofit’s CEO, Steve Trombley (pictured right). Trombley’s salary is more in the news today. From the Concord Monitor:

Lunch Break: Trouble is dead

by LauraLoo If this isn’t one of the most nauseating stories in the last 5 years… Trouble, the Maltese who was the second largest inheriter of the late Leona Hemlsey’s fortune, recently died. As you may or may not recall, Leona disinherited 2 of her grandchildren and wanted to leave her $12 million fortune […]

Pink is in love with her baby

We are absolutely blissed out in love over here! To our fans and friends all over the world, thank you for all of the prayers and well wishes through this time in our life! I finally found out what love really means. ~ Singer Pink gushing over her new baby Willow Sage, with husband Carey […]

Showcasing yet another of the abortion industry’s best and brightest: Mila Means

Many pro-abortion ideologues are savvy people – Jodi Jacobson, Amanda Marcotte, and Cecile Richards, to name just three. So I imagine they must internally gag when they hear an abortionist has been quoted by the media or worse, given an in-depth interview. How hard it must be to put on a supportive face when abortionists […]

Breaking: New Hampshire to become fifth state to defund Planned Parenthood this year

UPDATE, 6:55p: Here’s some more information from Family Research Council, in an email alert this afternoon: In a surprise move, the state’s Executive Council – which, along with the Governor, oversees all of the Granite State’s contracts – rejected $1.8 million in Planned Parenthood funding over the next two years. Believe it or not, this […]

Lunch Break: WWYD? Baby left in hot car

by LauraLoo Baby left in an unventilated car on a hot day.  ABC’s John Quiñones asks the question, “What would you do?” I’m also left wondering what if the child was older (say age 3) and strapped in a car seat.  They are older and can demonstrate verbal and nonverbal distress.  Would any of those ”do nothing” selfish (or […]

Terminate narcissism, not the preborn

To be sure, banning abortion in the U.S. wouldn’t fix the [gender imbalance] problem in China and India. South Korea seems to have restored a gender balance by restoring girls to “an honored place.” I would note, however, that the greatest moral progress over the last two centuries has been generated by recognizing the natural […]

Lunch Break: Obama quiets crying baby

by LauraLoo On June 17th President Obama showed he had the knack to quiet a crying baby. Too bad he can’t translate that knack to his voting record and personal beliefs – that all babies have the right to be knitted by God until they are ready to be born.
