Victoria Beckham’s beautiful baby bump

Pop eaters like me know former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham gave birth to daughter Harper Seven on July 11.
But a few days before that soccer star husband David snapped the above photo of Victoria sunbathing, which I think is so beautiful and wanted to share.
David posted the photo on Facebook with the notation, “Took this pic of Victoria while she wasn’t looking. She looks amazing, so close now to the baby being born!”
Not only is David right, Victoria looked amazing, but I also think a husband like David who thinks his pregnant wife is beautiful and is looking forward to the birth of their baby is also amazing.
The Beckhams welcomed little Harper into a household of protective brothers: Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 6….

It’s a nice picture and I don’t want to rain on anyone’s parade… but pregnant women past about 14 weeks aren’t supposed to lie flat on their backs. The weight of the uterus can cut off circulation in an artery that runs behind it.
I’m surprised anyone sunbathes anymore, considering the skin cancer risk – but I guess some still use tanning beds also and those are even worse. :-)
Wish I could remain that skinny after having multiple children. Sheesh!
I’ve heard it’s probably fine to lie on your back as long as you’re not uncomfortable (for short periods of time… so you probably don’t want to sleep on your back, because you might not be conscious enough to roll over when you became uncomfortable, but it’s okay to rest like that.
Is it just me, or that photo looks way too professional to be taken by a footballer? Unless he has a knack for photography as well… :) She does look stunning though.
Does she never smile? She always seems to be in “runway model mode”. She looks like she sneaked in from an Addams Family photo! ;)
