Actress Charlize Theron is enthralled with the new love of her life, adopted baby boy Jackson. As quoted by US Magazine:
“It’s an overwhelming sensation of love,” Theron gushed. “There’s almost a moment where I feel like I can’t remember anything prior to him. I feel like it was always just meant to be what it is. Everyday I’m just like, ‘It’s not possible to love you more,’ and then 20 minutes later you’re like, ‘Oh my God! How is this possible?'”

As an aside, Charlize’s newest movie Snow White and the Huntsman will be released in theaters June 1st - and also stars actress Kristen Stewart. Woo-hoo!

Good for her, but she’s very pro-abortion. I wonder if she realizes that if Jackson’s birth mother would have had an abortion, he wouldn’t be here for her to love?
Funny, I keep on hearing about how “no one” wants black babies, but apparently this little boy is very wanted and loved.
Ten or twenty years ago I would have said interracial adoption was unwise. Despite the still persistent “divisiveness” I would now say that’s not so any longer - especially for someone of means.

Agreed, phillymiss. I’ve like her since Mighty Joe Young, which she probably no longer has on her resume. I wonder if the boy is South African like her?
I have to believe most women who become moms come to think about abortion differently. Even if they still support it, they’ve had to think twice, work harder to justify it in a slightly new way, or develop more strategies for denying their “instincts.” It doesn’t make it better – in fact, it makes it worse to reconcile your dissonance in this manner. See how I try so hard to understand? Cuz I just don’t! Glad she is blessed with motherhood. Hope she can be honest some day in how the love of a child can change your worldview.
