I have to laugh when the liberal pundits say Joe Biden will trounce Paul Ryan in the debate. They said the same thing about “Mr. Foreign Policy Expert” when he lost to Sarah Palin in a foreign policy-themed debate, with some 14 gaffes!
If this wll be an economy-themed debate, it”ll be 10 times worse! All Ryan has to do is point out his votes that helped the economy spiral - not to mention his stumping for these last three and a half disastrous years.

Palin was unaware of most of jivin joe’s lies and so she did not know to go after him. Not the same with Ryan. He will pierce every Biden lie with the truth. The debates will be huge. Both Romney and Ryan will show the American people they are the ones with a real plan for job creation and a vision for a prosperity.

Hans: “I have to laugh when the liberal pundits say Joe Biden will trounce Paul Ryan in the debate.”
Oh come — really? I don’t follow any pundit but Instapundit ;-) so I haven’t heard tell of such. I had thought all liberal pundits were avoiding Biden’s speeches (and certainly avoiding defending him on any merits) like the plague since his early and frequent mega-gaffes as veep.
Anyone who even attempts to imply that Biden could or would give Ryan a run for his money in debates really, really needs to get out of journalism and go into stand-up comedy.

Rasqual,
It was Bob Beckel who said that on The Five, in between mumbles. I saw another Dem say that Biden was a great world leader, which is quite a feat for one who is a laughingstock in his own country.
