Pro-life video of the day: Twins saved from Planned Parenthood
Rebecca Rizzi, 24, decided to make an appointment for an abortion at the Planned Parenthood in Tempe, Arizona. “I just felt I had to do it,” she said.
When she arrived, she walked past a group of protesters with the nagging feeling they were in the right. She could hear them every time the door opened and closed. Finally, after waiting more than an hour and leaning toward not going through with it, she went outside for some fresh air.
Being drawn to Sherry Price of the Refuge in the Desert ministry, “I kind of went over to chat and I think I had it set in my mind really not to be dismissive of what they were trying to do, but I was going to ask if they thought what they were doing would actually make a difference.”
Rebecca visited a pregnancy resource center with Sherry and determined to choose life, saying, “I had it set in my mind that I could do this and put the baby up for adoption. I could live with that.”
As the pregnancy went on, Sherry continued in her support, even offering to take in the baby herself. But then Rebecca learned she was carrying twins and decided to raise them herself. Last month Olivia Grace and Kara Shea were born. Asked what her advice would be to others in her situation she answered: “I would say to seek help…. I didn’t realize how many resources there were to women in my position. There’s so many options and resources.”

I pray for ab-minded mothers to love their preborns in the womb, because if they love their child, they won’t abort. LL <3
Beautful babies. She is blessed and I wish her the best of luck.
How do so many people NOT know about all the available help and services out there??? It seems we as lifers have dropped the ball in this area–we NEED to get the word out, for cases exactly like this one!
Her girls are so adorable; praise God for their lives!
