Alabama abortionist jailed weekends – while admitting privileges law contested in court
You certainly have to give Alabama’s abortion industry credit for chutzpah.
At this moment a trial is underway to determine the fate of a 2013 law requiring Alabama abortionists to have admitting privileges at local hospitals.
Two of Alabama’s five abortion clinics sued to block the law, claiming it would put them out of business.
It is certainly becoming clearer why the clinics are confident no hospital would want to touch their abortionists with anything other than a cauterizer.
I wrote last week that a brief filed by the Alabama Attorney General and Alabama Department of Health revealed that one of the abortionists who kills children in Alabama is currently being sued for malpractice for misdiagnosing a patient, and another is being prosecuted by the federal government for Medicaid fraud.
Today, Operation Rescue revealed that yet another Alabama abortionist, Raymond Lopez, pictured above right, just completed a sentence of 23 consecutive weekends in jail, between November 2013 and April 2014, for a “domestic relations” violation.
Operation Rescue noted Lopez’s extensive rap sheet: “Since 1996, Lopez has been the subject of 14 court cases, including two criminal cases filed in 1998 and 2008.”
Lopez works at the Alabama Women’s Center for Reproductive Alternatives, which has its own laundry list of violations.
In addition, one of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit against the state, Planned Parenthood of Birmingham, has been closed since December after an RN was caught selling “abortion inducing drugs” in the parking lot.
If this were a Perry Mason show, people would say the story line is too far fetched.
But it’s all real, very real.

Good. This is what ran Martin Ruddock out of Cleveland. No hospitals would contract with him. Finally UH would. Remember the kook in the sunglasses? Dr Lisa Pirenne or whatever. She works at that very pro abortion hospital. Too bad for Ruddock that he sunk his ship when the health dept. moved in citing no vital signs pre op dirty equipment and no emergency contracts while 2 women almost bled to death. Good riddance. Hes now a MI abortionist.

Indeed phillymiss. If you access Ruddocks name there is video out there of how rude he is to the 911 dispatchers. He abruptly cuts off one and says ” Um Im a doctor miss.” She exclaims there is protocol to follow. Again he becomes agitated. Then when the nurse calls 911 her voice dips low when she says the word abortion. As if shes ashamed. She attempts to keep the conversation flowing saying the injured woman is receiving fluids and her vs are stable. As IF! Check out his long list of lawsuits.
As many times as Ive had to send sick patients to the ER I have always remained friendly to 911. No other nurses Im aware of are rude either. Must be an abortion clinic thing …like oops I just messed up! An induced botch job is much different than a natural illness out of your control. And of course I found one woman on Reality Check complaining about Ruddocks departure. She said ” Now many women have to go to Michigan to obtain a safe legal abortion. Otherwise she cant get one when she needs one.”
Also I hadnt looked in a while but Preterm…which is a much larger abortion clinic down the street from where Ruddock used to be. Ive just read 22 year old Lakisha Wilson died 7 days after her abortion there. She was from Columbus and in the 911 call the nurse says she is not breathing. This incident just took place April 1st of 2014!
Lakisha was turned down in Columbus and Akron for being too far along. Apparently Preterm gave her the green light. She was actually pronounced brain dead the same day of her abortion but the family decided to harvest her organs and she was then removed from life support. This must stop.
