Jon Stewart: Planned Parenthood could do “a food truck thing”
Can Austin do sort of a Planned Parenthood food truck thing, where everybody… get a taco and a Pap smear? I don’t know how they can do it, but they can do something!
~ Comedian Jon Stewart of The Daily Show, joking with Abortion Barbie Democratic candidate for governor of Texas, Wendy Davis, via The Houston Chronicle, October 27

She will never be known for anything else.
Hmm, he’s identified as a comedian, but he did not really say anything funny here.
Trucking patients to killing centers for “pap smears.” Nothing to see here. Move along.
Funny little dance that Jon does there.
We all know what Planned Parenthood does and we all know why he invited Abortion Barbie onto his show — so “pap smear” is just a funny little euphemism for (tee-hee!) you-know-what.
Pro-lifers already have vans with free ultrasounds.
I don’t know what “pap smear” is a euphemism for but I know what “taco” is a euphemism for because I raised and used to work with teen boys.
Jon cares as much about women’s health and is a lot less funny than the average teenage boy.
I happened to catch Wendy Davis on the Daily Show the other night. (I usually only see “Here is your moment of Zen”.) I was not impressed. The whole interview struck me as rather flat. Putting the “Abortion Barbie” thing aside, I did not see how this woman is executive office material.
Trucking people to killing centers, Jon? Be careful of the enemies you choose; you will become like them.
When a politician appears on the Daily Show, that means they are desperate.
You are gonna lose big time, Babs.
