Stephen Baldwin: Obama is “cultural terrorist”
Last week actor Stephen Baldwin caused a liberal stir by calling Barack Obama a “cultural terrorist” and jokingly challenging him to a boxing match, which he was attending at the time, adding, “I’d like to knock some good sense into Barack. I wouldn’t hurt him. But if he wins the election, he’ll hurt me. He’s a cultural terrorist.”
On his Saturday radio show, which Baldwin co-hosts with Kevin McCullough, Baldwin explained his thinking has to do with Obama’s opposition to Born Alive…
Dictionary.com says this: “Cultural: of or pertaining to culture or cultivation.” “Terrorism: the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce for political purposes.” Definition no. 2: “The state and fear of submission produced by terrorism or terrorization.”
Here’s… why I think Barack Obama’s a cultural terrorist: He is the only senator to vote against the Born-Alive Act. And here’s his excuse: It shouldn’t be a law because it could endanger the health of the mother. So that’s his logic. Now, no other senator – Democrat or Republican – agrees with that. They feel that you should vote against this thing. He’s the only dude that says, If somebody goes to have an abortion late in the term of a pregnancy – it’s a baby. It’s a life, it’s a baby inside a mother’s womb – if they go to have an abortion and it goes wrong and the baby comes out alive, and survives, homey, Obama, says you should put it somewhere and let it just starve and die. Just let it die… Barack Obama saying that it’s OK for that to happen is terrorism in my opinion.
During the same segment Baldwin called Obama a wuss:
Barack Obama is, like, a wuss. I think the guy’s just a wuss. He doesn’t look like he ever got down in the street – ever! I think the guy’s just a wuss.
Obama is the worst example of a wuss. He’s a bully who can’t pick on people his own size so he targets little defenseless babies.
The thought of Baldwin taking Obama on in a fair fight in the ring sounds more and more appealing.

Steven Baldwin makes me want to throw up. He just sounds so uneducated and ignorant when he speaks. He’s going to fight Obama? Really? Are we back in 7th grade? At least have a somewhat bearable person’s opinion on here. Bring back Bill O’Reilly.
Jess, I agree. No one wants to call “BS” on this statement?
“Here’s… why I think Barack Obama’s a cultural terrorist: He is the only senator to vote against the Born-Alive Act. And here’s his excuse: It shouldn’t be a law because it could endanger the health of the mother. So that’s his logic.”
First, didn’t 5 or 6 Illinois senators vote against it? And, I’m quite sure that his “excuse” wasn’t a concern for the health of the mother, but the continued assault on Roe v. Wade. Baldwin has it all wrong. Oh well. Obama’s supporters have been attacked here for failing to understand what he actually said. Do Obama detractors get held to the same standard?
Oh and Jill you spelt his name two different ways, Steven and Stephen.
Baldwin was partly correct. Every senator in the US senate voted in favor of BAIPA. This includes Boxer, Clinton and every other liberal. So that is probably what he was referring to.
And before Hal or any other pro abort challenges this and says the Illinois law was different… NO IT WASNT.
And even aside from BAIPA, Nobama has promised his PP fan club the first thing he will do is sign FOCA into law, which will nullify partial birth abortion bans, BAIPA, state parental notification laws, etc
His partners in crime Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid will do everything they can to rush it into law.
I’m sure Nobama would invite PP supporters to the signing of the bill.
This is what WOULD happen but only if Nobama gets in. Nobama has not moved into the White House yet. He’s got a little thing called election day standing in his way. However we know ACORN is doing everything they can do to get Nobama in.
Has Mickey Mouse cast his ballot yet for Nobama?

*******************************************
LOL-the Baldwins aren’t exactly known for holding back when expressing an opinion.
We can look at Stephen’s liberal brother Alec and say the same thing about 7th grade speech. ;)
Can’t we just keep them all off of here Kel?

Obama wasn’t in the US Senate at the time, and has said that if he was, he would have voted for the federal bill, because it did not threaten abortion rights, which are legislated at the state level.
Baldwin has no earthly idea what he’s talking about.
And before Hal or any other pro abort challenges this and says the Illinois law was different… NO IT WASNT.
Of course it was: it was a state bill, which threatened Illinois state abortion laws. If it had really been about saving lives, the Illinois Medical Society wouldn’t have opposed it.
Reality,
Have you not read all that Jill posted on the subject here?
It’s at the top of this blog, and describes what happened so there is NO DOUBT WHATSOEVER that Nobama supports infanticide.
Except, of course, to the kool aid supporters.
the Illinois Medical Society wouldn’t have opposed it.
Who is this? Never heard of them.
Have you not read all that Jill posted on the subject here?
Of course. What difference does that make?

yeah right! And so we are supposed to believe that you are the holder of truth? pleeeaaaassseeee
Gee, Jess,
Steven Baldwin was just joking … you do plenty of that yourself.
How DARE say the things you are saying here on Jill’s blog!!
How DARE you!!
And kool aid drinkers like you accuse good people like Jill and Sarah Palin and others of “smearing” when all they are doing is telling the TRUTH about what not only Nobama, but many democrats support.
I certainly hope you are BANNED as soon as a moderator sees what you have written.
I can’t help but wonder though, why the number of trolls continues to increase here, especially lately.
If you are so sure Nobama is going to win, why are you wasting your time here?
Joanne,
What are you talking about? I haven’t seen anything that should call for a bannination of anyone.
I deleted a comment by Reality calling Jill a liar.
Hal, Jess, PPC, and Reality:
You can get upset about a real man challenging a wuss to a duel but when it comes to defending INNOCENT CHILDREN IN THE WOMB you turn into vicious wolves.
You are insane coward perverts.
Carla the comment is at 2:36 and it’s still showing on my screen
Hmmm, i wonder if THAT will get deleted.
t’is gone now. :-D
HisMan, I think you’re violating the terms of Jill’s site. (Mods: it’s at 4:13 if you want to check)
Plus, I didn’t “get upset” about Baldwin challenging Obama to a duel (actually a boxing match). I didn’t take it seriously, and I doubt the Secret Service would either. I just didn’t like how Baldwin got all the facts wrong. But I wasn’t upset. I’m still happy as a lark.
Why isn’t Stephen Baldwin being praised for his Pro-life views? Obama is the most extreme pro-abortion candidate ever and I am glad hear someone from “Hollywood” that has conversative pro-life values! Way to go Stephen! And Jill thank you for keeping us all well informed! God Bless!
Will my post get deleted if I call Jill an insane coward pervert? I’m not saying she is, in fact I think she is a very brave woman, I’m just curious if it would get banned.
And as for the pervert part, Hisman never denied having, um, “relations” with pigs. Come to think of Yllas never denied having, “relations” with her mother. Well I’m going to flat out deny that I hate babies and want them ripped to shreds. I don’t want babies ripped to shreds. I think we should ban babies being ripped to shreds. Thankfully not all abortion is ripping babies to shreds. Oh look, a loophole. Let me jump into it.
Suzanne,
Why isn’t Stephen Baldwin being praised for his Pro-life views?
You just did. :-)
Go Stephen!
Ah Janet you just did too!
I threw up in my mouth while reading this. Repeatedly.
George Bush, a pro-life Republican has been in office for eight years. Has he done anything to stop abortion? I’m pretty sure I can go to my local clinic and have an abortion right now if I wanted.
I would never, EVER do that. I’m pro-life. However, being pro-life has to do with a lot more than abortion. It has to with healthcare, the elderly, soldiers.. as far as I’m concerned, most people here are not pro-life. They’re anti-abortion. I do not think a babies life is more important than a soldiers. I don’t think an old woman’s life is more important than a baby still in the womb.
There is a LOT more to a presidential candidate than their stance on abortion.
Jess why do write so much nonsense?
Actually the Baldwin men creep me out. All of them. Along with the Sheen men too, for that matter. This guy looks deranged, IMO.
Hi Josephine. What if there was a candidate who supported rape? Would you automatically not support that candidate? Or would you say that there is a LOT more to a presidential candidate than their stance on rape?
What is nonsense Patricia? It’s probably because I’m a creative writing major. I think in fun ways.
Josephine (I do love that name!) it is very prolife to want to stop abortion.
But abortion is THE ultimate issue. If a baby has no right to life, he has no chance to become anything else. Abortion is THE most violent act that can ever be committed because the baby is completely innocent and helpless. It cannot ever defend itself, it cannot speak for itself. The baby is in the ONE place it should be safe on this earth, the womb of it’s mother, below her heart.
If a woman can kill her child, what hope is there for any of us?
I think it’s wrong for a woman to kill her child. I do think if a woman wants to, she will whether it’s legal or not. Does no one remember the case of the teenage girl who got pregnant, so she had her boyfriend beat her in the stomach with a baseball bat? I think abortion is wrong. Not everyone does though, and unless McCain says he can STOP ALL ABORTION, than why should it effect who we’re supposed to vote for? McCain has VERY little say in the issue of abortion. Roe vs. Wade will probably never be overturned, so why does it matter? Obama isn’t pro-abortion. He’s not telling people to have abortions.
And, in the case of rape, I’m pretty sure if a candidate said they were pro-rape, they’d never be a political leader.
Point is: there will always be women who are okay with killing their children. It doesn’t matter what the president has to say about it.

yes this might be true. But there will be fewer women who would abort their babies if the law did not allow them too.
You underestimate the effect of laws on behaviour.
Remind me what Stephen Baldwin has done recently?
Has Mickey Mouse cast his ballot yet for Nobama?

Which one? I found 52 listings for people with that name in the US phone and address directories. 42 Donald Ducks as well.
Patricia, I would love if abortion were illegal. I don’t believe in it. I don’t think it will EVER happen, no matter who the president is. There have been pro-life presidents, and it remains the same.
Do you honestly believe McCain is going to make abortion illegal? Because he doesn’t have the power. There is no use using the abortion issue to help in choosing a president, because the president has almost no say.
Well I don’t believe McCain will likely make abortion illegal. But I certainly KNOW Obama will not and that he will attempt to entrench even further, the so called “right” to abortion. Since the president, from my Canadian understanding, appoints justices to the Supreme Court, the view of the incumbent president is very important. With many elderly justices, it would be helpful to have ones who at the very least recognize the dignity of human life from conception to natural death.
As well, their are issues in foreign policy which are also important, such as funding of abortion services in the Third World.
To my mind, Obama would simply hasten the import of proabort liberal ideology to those vulnerable societies which need real rational help, not condoms, IUD’s and pills.

For a librarian you aren’t very well versed in data bases are you Patty. I do genealogy research and have paid access to many public records at my fingertips. There are also 8 US social security death listings for Donald Duck born between 1904 and 1947. 6 births is Texas between 1929 and 1946. Apparently a Donald Duck was also a medal recipient during WWI from the UK. An American Lt Donald Duck served in Algeria during WWII.
Would you like me to continue with listings for Mickey?
Try familysearch.org for a free look at these names. I’m surprised you aren’t already familiar with this data base.
Patricia asked you not to call her “Patty”, Sally. Why can’t you respect that?
And I did a search on familysearch.org and found MICHAEL Mouse, but not MICKEY Mouse.
Sally for goodness sake I was being funny and teasing you. Lighten up, woman! Why must everything be so intense and why must you be so hostile! You definitely need therapy to manage your anger.
So just forget it ok!

You don’t want to discuss how horrible it would be if someone with the same name as a cartoon character was denied the right to vote due to assumptions?
Darn it!
Can’t get anyone around here to deal with real situations! ; )
Sally, originally, Walt Disney was going to call him “Mortimer Mouse” – that might have cut down on the hits for genealogy sites.

There is a LOT more to a presidential candidate than their stance on abortion.
There is a wonderful example of how pro-life defines all these other issues. Imagine a library and the issues are books to be put away. there are categories for war/peace, healthcare, euthanasia and of course pro-life. The issues easily fall into their groupings, but where does pro-life fit. It isn’t a category in the issues, it is the shelf that holds all the issues. Credit goes to the pastor of a local Catholic Church written for all parishioners.
The LOT more to a presidential candidate that Josephine refers to has to have grounding in reality. That is where Mr. Obama is sadly mistaken. He does not understand that implementation of all of his programs are going to take $$$$ not available due to the state of the economy and the choices Congress made in bailing out the corrupt companies.

I think our President, by virtue of his elevated status as the leader of our country can make a difference in the abortion issue. But, he must be willing to start a dialogue and maintain it. This is where President Bush failed greatly.
We don’t need a quick overturning of Roe v. Wade. But we do need to take baby steps. The most important thing those in government can do is to keep the dialogue going.
Janet, very nice post there.
Wuss? “…got down in the street”? Where did that come from? Is it Baldwin’s belief that ALL Black men are tough and get down in the street. He took on bigger bullie than thugs and won the presidency. Matter of fact, many of those tough dudes he was supposed to “get down in the street actually registered to vote and showed up at the polls.
