One-hour eleven minute 9/11 documentary centers around one photographer’s search to identify “the falling man”. Other people discuss their final conversation with their loved ones who were trapped inside the World Trade Center.

WARNING: This documentary is controversial in nature as some feel those who leapt to their death should not have been photographed, that their decisions to leap should have remained sacred and private. This documentary is extremely difficult to watch, with some adult language. Content is probably not suitable for anyone who is extremely sensitive or who lost loved ones in 9/11.

Wow.
So many stories of so many precious lives.
Thank you.
I just watched this entire, heartbreaking documentary. The search for the “falling man” was a way to connect with the individuals who lost their lives and their families, and to begin to fathom the immensity of the loss on 9/11. May God bless and heal those who lost loved ones in 9/11. And may He protect America and other nations against the devastation of terrorism.
Wow, that was truly incredible.
I still can’t wrap my mind around the events of that day, and I don’t believe I ever will.
Amen, Reggie.
I cannot get the images out of my head. I have never seen footage of people waving tablecloths and piled on top of one another trying to breathe.
I have thought about the falling man all day. Wondering what that was like to face an inferno or jumping to fresh air and certain death. I don’t know. Heart breaking all over again.
I can’t get enough of the stories though. I want to learn about all the people that lost their lives. I want to know about them and honor them tomorrow.
One of my facebook friends was at the Flight 93 memorial service yesterday at Shanksville. She said the names were read. A woman’s name was read and also “an unborn child.” The bell was rung twice.
Carla, Amen! <3

This is one of the most informative and meaningful videos I’ve posted since overseeing Lunch Breaks.

I was greatly informed and moved by the documentary by Laura Loo. I had written an ode the day before I saw this in honor of a fallen person: http://www.examiner.com/inspirational-in-ann-arbor/woman-on-the-ledge-9-11-1
Thanks Judy.
