Life Links 11-15-11

by JivinJ, host of the blog, JivinJehoshaphat The decision regarding the fate of the Northern Illinois Women’s Center abortion clinic in Rockford, Illinois will wait another two weeks: Attorneys for the NIWC and Illinois Department of Public Health were back before Administrative Law Judge Cynthia Ramirez this morning. They were expected to announce the terms […]

What could go wrong with free birth control?

These entitlement debates are serious. When we get down to the bottom line of what we’ve been doing already in Medicaid – this is how I paid for my abortions. This Medicaid government intrusion into the healthcare industry – coming out of Washington and then mandating all this stuff on the states – it is […]

NPR’s biased interview about abortion in the black community

UPDATE, 11:10a: I wanted to highlight a great talking point Ryan made in the interview we should all integrate and begin using: Michel Martin: Reverend Veazey’s point is that African-American women are more likely to have abortions because they’re less likely to have access to healthcare. What about his point? Ryan: Let’s actually make sure […]

Breaking, Medicaid misinformation revealed: Planned Parenthood caught on tape admitting Indiana women can manage fine without it

UPDATE, 12:16p: Lila Rose will appear on The O’Reilly Factor tonight to discuss the Indiana Planned Parenthood investigation! She’ll be in the 8:25p EST segment. UPDATE, 11:22a: I’m sure she didn’t intend to, but MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow corroborated on her show last week that Planned Parenthood serves 1% (“more than 9,000”) of all Indiana Medicaid […]

Liberal feminism indentured to abortion on demand

To the liberal feminists in mainstream media, a conservative woman’s opinion can’t possibly be legitimate. Unfortunately, those outlets often carry the loudest megaphones for women’s issues in elections – and seem to have little regard for those who identify as pro-life…. It’s obvious that… feminist entities are only pro-women when it comes to women who […]

Komen is erroneously sending women to Planned Parenthood for mammograms

Good sleuthing by John Jansen at Pro-Life Action League. Still, I can’t believe what he found. Inexcusably, the Susan G. Komen for the Cure breast cancer foundation is telling people they can get mammograms at Planned Parenthood, which most certainly is not true. The layers of incredulity here are many.
