Today Live Action Films released the 1st in a series of video stings of Planned Parenthoods across the U.S., conducted this summer by UCLA student Lila Rose.
Lila posed as a (blonde!) 13-year-old who had been impregnated by her 31-year-old boyfriend.
In this video a PP nurse in Bloomington, IN – a college town – not only ignores the felony, she coaches Lila how to lie about her boyfriend’s age and shows Lila how to get an abortion in IL, where there is currently no enforceable parental involvement law.

A local Planned Parenthood employee has been suspended after the release of a video surreptitiously shot at a clinic which shows a woman who identifies herself as a 13-year-old being given advice that is a violation of the organization’s policies.
A statement was released today by Kate Shepherd, director of communications and marketing for PP of IN, in response to the video shot by a UCLA student who said she visited the Bloomington PP office and spoke to a nurse there.
“We are deeply concerned about the content of the video,” Shepherd’s prepared statement said. “While we cannot be certain whether this video has been altered, the apparent actions of the employee would be in violation of our strict policies and procedures. Therefore, a thorough internal investigation of this matter has begun, and the employee has been put on an immediate, unpaid suspension. Further disciplinary action will be taken if warranted by the investigation.”…
I’ll say. Diana should end up in the slammer and the PP closed.
These videos are stacking up. Employees at PPs across the country have repeatedly demonstrated a willingness to cover up rape of minor girls. PP needs to be investigated and defunded.

Unfortunately, I see this as the nurse taking the fall for actions that are typically condoned by PP. It will be interesting to hear any testimony she provides on “off the record” training she receives.
I think PP has one set of rules that apply when they don’t get caught and then pull out their second set of rules when they do.
Suspension? I bet she shows up for her next scheduled shift with the hopes no one will follow up.

It seems to me that it’s about time for Democrat thugs to start digging around in Miss Rose’s garbage. And then after that we’ll see “pro-life Democrats” telling us why Rose shouldn’t have a right to privacy because “she’s trying to take away privacy rights from other women.”
If there was any justice, Rose would be declared one of CNN’s “heroes” and would get her own TV show in which she exposes illegal activity at abortion mills.

If a patient paid cash for a pregnancy test the cost was somewhere between $15.75 and $16.40. This accounted for about 30% of their clients.
If the government paid for the same test under Title XX it was about $58.00 and if Medicaid paid for the test it was about $47.00
About 30% of the clients paid cash for their pregnancy tests. About 67% were billed to Title XX and 2% were billed to Medicaid.
The democrats and liberals love to complain about the high costs of the military, but there is nary a peep out of them about the federeal government paying three to four times the cost of a pregnancy test.

I just saw the tape. I suspected it was over here and it was. This is great working together. Civilians have to do secret investigations because they threaten law inforcement if the Law checks them out.
I guess that it is clearrer and clearer that the radicals condone felony childabuse and rape.
This non report comment by Obama says he supports privacy above the crime of rape.
Where are the lawyers? This is a felony to not report this kind of crime. The nurse was acting as an employee agent of Planned parenthood. This legal concept regarding “agency” or acting as a legal agent by reson of employment there includes the company in the act of the felony. This getting them shut down and not remaining at arms length from the deed is serious and w workable strategy.

Hmmm….IF PP suspends (and possibly terminates) “Diana” and PP goes scott-free to claim employee error, I think somebody should get “Diana’s” side of the story…it sounds like she’s being thrown under the bus for following an unwritten PP “policy”.

xppc, Indeed, I do understand your post. I also understand a bit more. Agency theory is primarily used in the context of civil cases, Planned Parenthood would not (necessarily) be guilty of a crime just because their agent committed a crime. They certainly could be liable for civil penalties if a girl came in, they ignored their obligation to report the felony, and the abuse continued. This is a very simplified summary, in real life both the criminal question and the civil question are pretty complicated.
Hal are you struggling with legal concepts? Osama or some other terrorists limo driver was in guantanamo for a while. The didn’t explode a bomb. You say they are innocent?

we see little girls go into the abortion centers when we picket. Obviously they never report rape. If they did, the side walk picketers would see the cop come out and take a report. It is a felony to not report.
I won’t take hals word for it but I will call 911 person in my church that has been at it for 20 years. I will see if police have ever been called to report child molestation to an abortuary. she will tell me what I have seen that they go to hospital emergency rooms when a rape is reported or even to schools.
hals friends at the abortuaries are sanctuaries for rapists.

Maybe. But, knowingly assisting a criminal is certainly a crime, usually conspiracy. Sometimes aiding and abetting. But you have to know, and be willing to help (again, I’m simplifying). So, I don’t see from what we know, any criminal liability for Planned Parenthood, but depending on the facts, it’s possible.
I would like to buy a Gift Certificate from Planned Parenthood so “Diana” could be aborted. Donations anyone?

Did you know ALL teachers, healthcare workers, social workers, counselors and others who work with children are ALL required to report to the authorities if they even “suspect” child abuse or sexual abuse of any kind. You and anyone else should be prosecuted for NOT reporting child or sexual abuse.
