Lila Rose on Glenn Beck
I received word too late Friday to let you know Lila Rose of LiveActionFilms was appearing on Fox News’ Glenn Beck show to discuss its 6th Mona Lisa Project undercover video released.
All videos have been shot at Planned Parenthoods across the country, this one in Memphis, showing the organization institutionally covers up child rape.
Lila is just excellent in this interview! One of her best quotes: “These little girls aren’t being looked at holistically, they’re being looked at as plumbing problems.”
Note Lila consistently calls these young victims “little girls,” which is savvy use of terminology.
Note Lila also states PP gets “a third of a billion dollars in tax money,” which is much more descriptive than “335 million.”
On April 26, The Los Angeles Times also published a combination feature story about Lila and expose of PP’s cover-up of child rape. It is surprisgingly fair. PP comes out looking bad, as it should…
On Glenn Beck’s show today he’ll be discussing Clinton’s speech at PP and her “admiration” for Margaret Sanger.
I actually have a revealing experience related to this. Earlier this month, while I was looking at pregnancy tests at my hometown Wal-mart, I noticed a couple of teenage girls next to me also looking at pregnancy tests. After I asked a clerk a question about a pregnancy test one of the teens turned to me and asked a question about which one to get.
Hi Rachel C.,
When I volunteered at a CPC, I was shocked at the number of teen girls who WANTED to be pregnant. I literally had to talk girls out of it. One was a very bright 18y/o woman who was starting college and working to support herself and help her family pay for her college.
She was devastated her test was negative! I told her college and working were difficult enough and a pregnancy could well mean shelving her plans and ending up on welfare instead.
I have no idea if I made any difference as I never saw her again.
When people argue these girls have babies to get welfare I tell them that’s totally absurd. These girls don’t plan that well.
I pointed one out, then unintrusively told them both “I know of a place where you can get a free pregnancy test and counseling if you are pregnant.” and told them about the local PRC. Then one girl, who was the friend, asked if they ask the age there and said she heard they have to report you if you’re under 16 but when she went with another friend to PP they told her friend they wouldn’t report her.
Hi Joanne,
I hope this discussion will include Margaret Sanger’s speech to the ladies auxilliary of the Ku Klux Klan. Its a little hard to imaging that Ms. Sanger was blissfully ignorant of the klan or what it believed and the atrocities it committed.
How nice the ladies could take a day off from burning crosses and lynching black citizens to attend.
Which I casually addressed the girl who thought she was pregnant and asked how old she was, 15! Which according to IN law, it is considered statuatory rape if the girl is under 16, nevermind both PP and the PRC are mandated reporters by law! And it’s not only Lila Rose reporting counselors saying this stuff but patients! Maybe it’s time for Lila Rose to come back to Indiana and bust my local PP.
As for the teen girl who thought she might be pregnant and her friend, I shared that I used to volunteer at the local PRC I refered them to (gave them the phone # and address) and let them know the ladies there are nice and non-judgemental (which they are!) Also I did inform them that the PRC doesn’t give out info on BC but reiterated it’s a non-judgemental place to get advice.
And I’m not kidding! On our client feedback forms, which were given to every client to fill out in private before they left, out of 4 months 95% of the clients were positive with a “good” or better and left positive comments regarding their counseling experience and the info given to them. PRCs are not the horrible places PP and NARAL makes them out to be.
“When I volunteered at a CPC, I was shocked at the number of teen girls who WANTED to be pregnant. I literally had to talk girls out of it. One was a very bright 18y/o woman who was starting college and working to support herself and help her family pay for her college.”
“She was devastated her test was negative! ”
Are these teens completely devoid of love in their lives? Is this why they want a baby? I wonder if this girl was living away from home…. I know that the first year of college can be very lonely. Perhaps she wanted a baby to fill the void she was feeling.
Hey Joanne,
Where did you happen to hear the info regarding Glenn’s topic today? I’m hunting the internet and can’t seem to find his topic schedule. Can you point me in the right direction?
Janet 12:32PM
Believe me, I wish I had the answer. Years ago Ellen Goodman, a staunch liberal PC’er wrote an outstanding article suggesting that our society’s promoting and glamorizing of illegitimacy may be influencing these girls.
These girls were more excited about Jerry Hall’s account of her first child’s conception (by Mick Jagger) than they were about Sally Ride’s (the first woman in space) space flight. Women who truly should be role models are not.
These girls don’t distinguish between their circumstances and those of the celebrity who is 20 years more mature, has a sizable bank account, and likely a father in the picture.
You’ll also notice these celebrities never get swollen feet, stretch marks, and they wear only the most stylish clothes. They don’t shop at thrift stores or sit in crowded emergency room waiting rooms at 2 am with sick screaming kids.
I was never any fan of Goodman’s, but I give credit where its due. She hit the nail on the head.
Kel,
Beck’s show airs at 5PM ET. On last Friday’s show he announced Monday’s topic and I heard he would have the Hillary story, as Joanne mentioned.
Here’s his site. (No mention of today’s show topic.)

Mary,
All the more reason to encourage girls to stay in school and study for a career so they can take care of themselves, and gain some real life experience before jumping into a serious relationship and planning babies.
Janet, thank you!! :)
Janet,
I completely agree. But you wouldn’t believe the young women I have seen deliberately throw their futures down the toilet. A friend of my daughter’s, who’s parents could have sent her to any college, is presently sitting in a mother’s and infant’s home, pregnant with her third child by as many different fathers.
I have been asked why it is in this day and age, when women have opportunities they have never had, are these young women trapping themselves into lives of welfare dependency, dead end jobs, and poverty. As I said Janet, I wish I had the answer.
I suspect from what I have heard from several sources (Dr. Ray Guarendi, in particular) that there are quite a few kids out there who are not given the time, love and discipline that they need. They have too much time on their hands and too much “stuff” but not what they really need. Families are running around too much, they are too busy with a lot of extra-curricular things ,and are not spending enough time together. When I was working, I couldn’t get over the number of 2-working parent households that I encountered where the kids had so much stuff and sat at home while their parents were both out of the house working to provide them with things that they didn’t need. I also couldn’t get over the number of parents who couldn’t wait until their kids were out of the house!
I want to know the name(s) of the judge(s) to whom the counselor is referring the minor girls for a judicial bypass.
It one thing to counsel how to obtain the bypass. It another matter entirely to refer a girl to a specific judge.
Unless the judge is abortion a purest and a zealot, then there is probably some sort of remuneration for the judges prudent deliberations.
If you can nail the judge for taking a bribe to knowingly elicit perjury, then the poop starts to back up pretty fast.
If you can leverage the corrupt judge, then the PP crowd will start dropping the dime on each other in short order. There is no honor among these kind of thieves.
yor bro ken
Lila is amazing and her diligence will pay off!! I wonder how many videos there are? There is no turning back now. PP is back pedaling like mad…..
Ken,
I was wondering the same thing. It almost seems like they are all referred to a specific judge by each PP, they say what they say, blah, blah, blah, get the bypass, abort and move along.

Yes, and after we talk about the very dead sanger’s sordid past, can we talk about how Jill’s darling Tony Perkins (very living) history of using KKK mailing lists for political advancement. You pick on the liberal dead to distract from the atrocious conduct of present day conservatives. No wonder conservatives have no cred. You talk about the (literally and figuratively) dead more than you care about the living.
ken,
I don’t think should insinuate a judge is corrupt without any evidence whatsoever.
I’ve run across good judges, horrible judges, and average judges. I’ve never met one I thought was taking bribes.
“I’ve run across good judges, horrible judges, and average judges. I’ve never met one I thought was taking bribes.”
It happens all too often, Hal. The temptation of easy money becomes too much say “no” to.
