Jill’s March for Life photos
I focused on pro-life signs as my March for Life photo subjects but have sprinkled in a couple other standouts here. See more at my Facebook page…
I particularly loved this one…
A little hard to read but also good. Says, “Forget Mars Discover Life in the Womb”…
Marchers get more and more creative to stand out…
Post-abortive moms and dads march in a bloc with their supportive families and friends…
Loved these signs, too. Yes, “a person’s a person no matter how small”…
EWTN‘s Teresa Tomeo interviews Terri Schiavo’s brother Bobby Schindler and Bro. Paul O’Donnell…

Awesome pics, Jill. Wasn’t there in person but I was there “virtually” which was totally cool. I wonder how many pro lifers were there in person and virtually?! Thanks for sharing pics!
I attended the March For Life in 2007 while pregnant with my daughter. Awesome!! I think everyone should attend at least once to see how awesome it really is! I wish I could have gone this year.
I love Sarah Palin! So many people around me remark about how “stupid” she is. ….Are we talking about the SAME WOMAN? She seems pretty smart to me!!! I believe her to be more of a threat to the liberals! Sarah is a REAL woman who stands for REAL women and our issues!! Abortion is not the answer to our problems. I loved Sarah on Oprah. She is a true class act! She can defend our side with such grace.
what, no pictures of me?
There’s a documentary on the 2009 March for Life called: “Thine Eyes: A Witness to the March or Life”

I’ve never done the march for life in D.C. but do it in my hometown near Philly. This year my son was sick so I didn’t go but I was with you all in spirit and sent my avatar in my place! :-)
I remember 4 years ago being at a rally for life on our county seat’s courthouse steps and thinking of all the babies that were dying inside abortion clinics and being so grieved and I prayed “Lord, let me please have the privilege of being a mom someday!” and little did I know I would conceive my son three weeks later! Thinking about it now is making me tear up a little. I’m praying now for a second child. I conceived my son unintentionally and now am TRYING to conceive again and its taking months…so heartbreaking. I want to meet my next son or new little daughter NOW. Its a hard thing to be patient! :-)
Children are so so precious and I just wish everyone in our nation would see that. My cousin and his wife have been married for 12 years, have a lovely house, make good money as engineers and so desperately want children and they cannot conceive. And doctors can’t figure out why (no, she has never had an abortion. They are very pro-life Catholic). I think I would be so bitter if I didn’t have my son and yet my cousin’s wife is so sweet about it. They love children so much and while they are very yearning and wistful regarding parenthood they are so sweet about their situation. They probably will adopt soon.
All this to say, I think of the GIFT of life God bestows on some who turn around and throw it away.
The mommabear/littlebear sign sums up motherhood perfectly, I think.
Here’s a precious Mommabear-Littlebear candid taken from who-knows-how-far-away with a super zoom by an intrusive ‘reporter’ trying to record an incriminating Palin moment.

The Sarah Palin sign is touching, but her pro-life with exceptions stance is not. That’s just Sarah being Republican.
Now before you assault my opinion, read her book. Unless you’re afraid of what you might discover about the new wonder woman.
In the recent Oprah show featuring Sarah Palin – Oprah commented on the one out of three teens who have sex and I was disappointed that S.Palin didn’t counter with a comment about the 2 out of 3 who chose not to have sex! We must recognize these teens who are courageous enough to withstand peer pressure and encourage them to hold fast to chastity!
What…no pictures of the Scout Trooper from Star Wars?
Sarah Palin is not stupid, a little unpolished but not stupid.
