That was adorable! Very cute :-)
Yeah, so cute!!! She’s so into it! Really funny!
Amen sweet girly!
Eh, it kind of rubs me the wrong way. It reminds me of a film we saw in Anthropoloogy class at Penn State called “The Holy Ghost People”. The one image that stuck in my mind was of a three-to-four-year old boy shifting from foot to foot, eyes closed, and head shaking – obviously imitating the adults.
Well, at least I doubt there was any snake-handling near this baby.
By the way, on the first day of class the professor asked: “Are any of you fundamentalist Christians?” I guess he forgot to say: “Are you now or have you ever been…?”
Very sweet girl worshipping, too bad some cannot understand the expression of faith by innocent children is a beautiful thing. I know professors are good at discrediting the faith of Christians (not Muslims, Buddhist, Wiccans or New Age mainly Christians), but Jesus said “in this world you will have tribulation” and we would be “persecuted for my name sake”. Too bad Hans, you took what the professors at Penn State said so seriously instead of being tolerant of those who express their faith differently than what you may be used to. I can remember one of my psychology professors asking “Is there anyone in this lecture hall that believes in God? I sat there and quietly laughed at him realizing he was fulfilling the scripture that says “a fool has said in his heart there is no God.” I nor any other Christian there was willing to be “a sitting duck” for this professor to pick on for the entire semester. But regarding the video, “out of the mouths of babes” we can learn a tremendous amount about praising Almighty God and Jesus said “except ye become as a little child you cannot enter the kingdom of God.”
Prolifer, consider my knuckles suitably rapped. ;)
I was grumpy in my memory of that professor, not about that child. His attitude was insulting, even though I was brought up Lutheran. As if he was free of any bias to judge a culture.
It would be interesting to see a simultaneous shot of the worship leader/s- my guess is that she’s mirroring what she sees on stage.
Michelle, I agree with you.
Meet the church’s future worship leader. :)
Hans, I just want you to be aware how different people worship, which is a good thing as long as they worship God “in spirit and in truth”.
Amen.
