Breaking: Planned Parenthood fires worker caught on sex trafficking sting videotape
Read backstory here.
Well, that didn’t take long.
Amy Woodruff (pictured below right), the manager of Planned Parenthood Central New Jersey’s Perth Amboy abortion mill, has been fired. According to NJ.com tonight:
“We were profoundly shocked when we viewed the videotape released this morning, which depicted an employee of one of our health centers behaving in a repugnant manner that is inconsistent with our standards of care and is completely unacceptable,” Phyllis Kinsler, executive director of Planned Parenthood of Central Jersey said in a statement released at 10:20 p.m.
“We have a zero tolerance policy for this kind of behavior, and the employee in the video was immediately suspended from her duties this morning and was terminated this evening,” Kinsler said. “We are fully committed to delivering high-quality reproductive health care to the women of our communities, complying with all laws, and upholding the highest ethical standards.”
This says PP was unaware of what Woodruff told Live Action’s sex trafficking posers, as I suspected in my previous post. Otherwise PP would have fired her a couple weeks ago.
News reports all day long have passed along without vetting Planned Parenthood’s illogical and unsubstantiated line that it immediately the sex traffickers to authorities after they left the premises of about a dozen reported abortion mills in several states. For instance, according to ABC News:
PP said in a statement Tuesday it had notified state and federal authorities of a suspected sex trafficking ring following the staged visit and raised the possibility that it could have been a sting.
“As soon as these visits were over, Planned Parenthood employees immediately reported to Planned Parenthood management that two highly unusual visits occurred within hours of each other by persons that claimed to be engaged in sex trafficking,” spokesman Stuart Schear said.
“On that same day, prior to learning that these visits had also occurred in other states, the local Planned Parenthood affiliate notified local law enforcement in New Jersey,” he said.
Schear said Planned Parenthood officials later pieced together a pattern of at least 11 similar incidents in six states that occured over five days and they notified federal authorities.
It simply doesn’t ring true that immediately after giving the sex trafficker advice on how to cover up sex abuse, statutory rape, minor prostitution, and human sex trafficking, the PP staffer turned around and turned them in to authorities.
But logic usually defies MSM and pro-aborts.
If Lila keeps up the stings, eventually Planned Parenthood won’t have any staff left – they’ll all be fired!!!

Shocked – shocked to find prostitution and sex trafficking advice is given at Planned Parenthood!

She will probably be hired at another PP or abortion facility when the dust dies down. Sorry – I guess I’m cynical late at night!

They are coming out of the woodwork like roaches at night. First Gossner the Born Alive Infant Killer and then that late term half-abortion baby killing freak James Pendergrast and now Planned Paenthood on tape giving cover to pimps trafficking minors in sex. How can these people really be out there. You’d have to see it to believe it. And thanks to Lila now everybody sees it. Lila is like holy water on the demon when she makes PP show themselves.

So only AFTER each of the individuals in each of the centers got caught with their pants down, and PP put it together, THEN they called the FBI.
Now they’ll claim that they knew it was a sting all along and were just playing along; which is why they fired Woodruff today.
“We knew it all along” doesn’t square with the performance on the tape. Cecile Richards feeds her family on the misery of teens betrayed by the organization she heads. In this, she is no different than an organized crime figure.

I think PP was suspicous because of what happened at ACORN. The people doing the sting used the same rouse and the same tactics that were used on ACORN. I think the pro-aborts are on this now. They’re not stupid you know. We’re going to have to come up with another rouse. They’re on to the rouse of the the pimp and prostitute wanting to get help with their sex trafficking business.

You’d think they’d be on to it by now. But, duh! Not yet apparently.
You know, as unsavory as Ms. Woodruff’s video came off, we still have to be open to the possibility that she would repent and come clean about policy and procedure, not in theory but in practice of course, and work toward holding herself and her employers accountable in the wrongs they have done. If she sincerely said, ‘hey this whole situation sucks, I don’t believe myself, and I want to work to make it right’, we’d have to give her a chance. I’d like to see that. The tough thing is, it’s hard to be caught like that. We wish everyone could turn around on their own, clean up their act of their own volition. We wish all PP employees would just get sick of it on their own. For example, wouldn’t it be awesome of none of the deathscorts showed up for work on Saturday?

I wish it could be like that. Unfortunately, the people in that movement and that industry, the abortionists and the deathscorts, have a psychological need to be there.
They have disdain and contempt for the unborn and for our movement, even though philosophically we are completely right. It is very difficult for them to overcome their psychological and spiritual weaknesses which cause them to support (and commit) what any sane and normal human being recognizes is a terrible crime.

It would make sense if the employee was planning to use the “I’ll grease the wheels for you” as a ploy to lure the “pimp” in as her own sting — but then she’d have immediately called the police and alerted them.
In which case, the news would have broken that PP called the cops to ask for help in busting a sex ring, but it turned out to be an undercover investigation, and the employee would have been praised, not fired.
Given the PP has a long, sordid history of facilitating teen sexual abuse, it’s hardly surprising.

Just how dim-witted are these folks at PP? Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Keep on fooling me….. This has been the what, 3rd or 4th sting and PP employees keep falling in the trap?

That’s exactly my thought. She would never have been fired if this had been reported correctly, as PP claims it was.
Also, your blog is amazing. ;)

You have to listen to the tape more than once to get all the egregious things said on there and I don’t mean the vulgarity. This morning the MSM is reporting that Amy Woodruff the clinic manager of the second largest Planned Parenthood clinic was fired. She will go down in infamy for her “waist up” comments. She was so eager to please the customer and keep the business coming in but did you notice at the end when the “pimp” asked if there was any way we could streamline this and deal with you only, she pulled out a business card and wrote her cell number on it! He then said we could slide you some money like a $100 and she said we can work that out as we go. No one is picking up on that. So she knew that she was dealing with underage girls as young as 14, being brought into the country illegally, to perform as prostitutes and many could speak no English. Did she ever think those girls may have been kidnapped??
Most of the MSM have reported incorrectly on this. Some by design, some by omission. Lila Rose and Live Action are not associated with James O’Keefe. This was not just an rouge employee but the clinic director of the second largest Planned Parenthood clinic in New Jersey. She clearly is well versed in evading the law as her conversation showed. One of the most outrageous comments I heard in defending PP was that she was playing along with them to get the girls in so she could really help them!!!
Most of the print MSM took the talking points from PP and regurgitated it right back out. The pointed out that the tape was edited. Yup and before the day was out the full tape was posted on Live Action. Their second point was that PP reported it to the Justice Dept. How long after the string of visits were detected did the reporting take place and why did they feel it necessary to plant an AP story to that effect. Did they realize how egregious the tapes would be? If so, they would have cleaned house right away.
We must insist that the tax dollars stop flowing immediately to PP. If the people love the organization that much then let them get 100% of their support from like minded individuals.

If that PPD employee was trying to “bait” the “pimp”, she would have asked for their information. Instead she happily gave them her information and how to conveniently contact her in the event that she was not at work. She was the one giving all sorts of information instead of drawing them from the undercover folks.
PPD cant get out of this one.

Mary – it’s systemic. She obviously had considerable experience with this sort of thing – otherwise the “waist-up” comment wouldn’t have been made – she would have acted confused.
All the workers there need to be subpoenaed, including the nurse practitioner. I’m certain after that vulgar disparaging remark she’ll have plenty to say.
There’s a bigger picture that will be unfolded – Lila has learned from what happened with ACORN, you unfold a little – have them react, then display some more – and they display their utter hypocrisy.

Hi Chris,
Good point, thank you.
Can you just imagine the MSM reaction if time and again CPCs had been caught in undercover stings doing the exact same same thing?
I would think the MSM could easily determine exactly when the reports were filed and to who. Did they simulataneously file reports? That would seem a little odd. Wouldn’t each clinic immediately file once the persons left? Also, couldn’t the employee excuse themselves, and discreetly tell another employee to call police and catch the perpetrators in the act or call police the second they left?
I remember how PP claimed an innocent family and their teenage daughter were paid a surprise visit by the police because of an undercover sting operation. Uh folks, a phony address was given. Where would the police “visit” this alleged family? What a remarkable coincidence the family at this non existent address matched the name and profile of those doing the sting. What’s even more interesting is no police report or log could be found of any such “visit”.
So when PP tells us how they immediately took the appropriate action, we have no reason to question their honesty, right?

I hope we can look forward to more and similar videos of the other sting operations soon-I hope Live Action keeps pounding away at them, will be fun to watch the borts continue to try and shriek ‘hoax’ as the evidence against PP continues to mount.

Why don’t the local authorities perform these kinds of sting operations?

I’m not sure if she would have acted confused, necessarily, but she would have at least needed a split second to think of what to answer. Instead she’s got a ready-made one bolting right out like a racehorse.
Why don’t the local authorities perform these kinds of sting operations?
Limited resources and a lot of time taken up by investigating reported crimes.

Big Blue Wave has raised the point of whether it was right for Live Action to “lie” in order to get this information about PP. The question is interesting, I think she has a point. If pro-lifers have to lie to get info about abortion, then are we saying the end justifies the means. As Christians, we are not supposed to lie.
I think we need to really discuss this.

Undercover cops assume an identity to infiltrate an organization. The lie question is a good one- but one to keep people off track.
Since Pro-Lifers can not enter an abortion clinic without risk of arrest, they have to get information somehow. I do not condone lying for evil purposes at all. This is an investigation. And sometimes Pro-Lifers hire actors to go into clinics – but I like the sting operation and getting things recorded. They say a picture is worth a thousand words – and here it is.
If PP lies to your face about what it really does, do you think that they would willingly tell you about what they do and how they do it, if it exposes themselves as they really are? The only way is to go undercover – and I hope the authorities do that more so this is done by law enforcement.

Say, will this evidence ever lead to a criminal prosecution and conviction? You know, something that hasn’t happened one single time? Something that no one here could explain for me in the other thread?
“Big Blue Wave has raised the point of whether it was right for Live Action to “lie” in order to get this information about PP.”
Considering that Lila Rose studied under the king of right-wing ambush “journalism” James O’Keefe, I think it’s safe to say that deceit is the linchpin of her entire routine.

Joan,
Other than liberal websites declaring it to be the case, can you point to any evidence that ties James O’Keefe to Lila or LA? And I mean something substantive, not they once attended the same benefit dinner.

Joan, you said:

The fact that it hasn’t yet and that it probably won’t merely reinforces the knowledge that we all have that PP has very powerful friends in high places. Even people who are pro-life who may be in a position to bring charges against PP…won’t…because of the political ramifications and money behind them. This was also a factor in the Kermit Gosnell murders. I’m fully convinced that Lila could even provide video documentation that PP was pimping 14 year old girls out of each of their exam rooms, and STILL no charges would be brought. People like you have effectively created anarchy zones in these abortion mills. They can get away with anything, all under the guise of “choice”.

as much as the pro-aborts are trying to tie O’Keefe and Lila – as far as I know Lila came first and has been doing this for a long time…
But that is another argument to throw people off track – the real comment to deal with – if we are supposed to care about women of any age, why are we supporting an organization who now again – skirts the law and has not fully protected under age women? Why help the pimp – why not help the girls?
Joan and other pro-aborts – have you ever met a pro-abortion cause you did not like? When will you call it as it is – Planned Parenthood wants to survive no matter what – and wants to provide abortion and other ‘services’ to help its bottom-line….Even to the point of throwing the ‘underage sex workers’, the ‘incest victims,’ the ‘poor blacks,’ and others under the bus. And never mind about the pre-born females.
Remember to look the situation directly – PP covers up crimes so it can still be in business.

I think that if, as Christians, we claim it is more Godly not to lie than it is to try and save lives by exposing deeper truth, then we have missed the point in a spectacular fashion. I am sure people harboring slaves on the Underground Railroad lied every so often to the people looking for those slaves. But if they had told the truth, the slaves they were hiding would have been taken back to slavery or killed. Would truth-telling have been more Godly or less?

Oh, right. Of course. It’s a conspiracy that implicates elected officials at the highest levels of government, who can magically make criminal prosecutions go away with a wave of their magic wands. Say, can you tell me about how the CIA secretly planned 9/11 too?

The idea to infiltrate clinics came much earlier than Lila and others – Joe Schindler wrote about that many years ago in a book… when the law demands that you can not even enter on to the property, let alone into the clinic building as yourself (a known pro-lifer) it would follow that to get more information, you have to do something else!
Planned Parenthood and others are in a business that is very strange in relation to other businesses in the world. And since it it protected by many in high positions, it is unfortunate.
But I am convinced that people will wise-up. Just like the tobacco industry – eventually the truth will win out and the society will have the last laugh.

You and like-minded people here are sounding more utilitarian than Christian. Either lying is always wrong or it isn’t. Christianity is not a consequentialist moral philosophy. An action’s moral character is not defined by the outcome that it produces.

Way to ignore the rest of my post, joan. But since you claim to be a Christian, read it all and answer the question. More Godly, or less?

And as a Christian Joan – is it ok to end the life of a pre-born human, or not? Remember the other commandment – ‘thou shall not kill?’ Where do you stand on that?

Joan, interesting way to make it clear that you haven’t read the Grand Jury report on Kermit Gosnell. He got away with his disgusting and criminal practices for 30 years with the full knowledge and cooperation of local authorities. Really. You should read more…

And what about the legal action in the Ohio courts on behalf of a girl being molested by her father – when they brought her in for an abortion, and she let the clinic know she was being molested, the clinic looked the other way. I think the situation happened again – and when the girl realized that the father was going after her younger sister – she got the courage to blow the whistle. PP is being sued in the courts now.
And Planned Parenthood protects women and obeys the law? ahem. It’s not their main aim.

“Way to ignore the rest of my post, joan. But since you claim to be a Christian, read it all and answer the question. More Godly, or less?”
I think I answered your question more than sufficiently. In Christian moral teaching, the moral character of an action is not defined by its end result. Are you disputing that? I don’t think you are. So I guess what you’re asking me is if it’s ever Godly to act immorally, as long as it’s for a good cause? I don’t know. I can’t answer that. Maybe you could help me figure it out though by pointing out the “end justifies the means” clause in the Bible.
“And as a Christian Joan – is it ok to end the life of a pre-born human, or not? Remember the other commandment – ‘thou shall not kill?’ Where do you stand on that?”
I think I’ve previously made it clear where I stand on this. Abortion is a morally neutral action.
“Joan, interesting way to make it clear that you haven’t read the Grand Jury report on Kermit Gosnell. He got away with his disgusting and criminal practices for 30 years with the full knowledge and cooperation of local authorities. Really. You should read more…”
… and now he’s been charged with multiple counts of murder, among other things. According to your theory, this shouldn’t have happened at all, because the “local authorities” are protecting him.

As Christians, we are not supposed to lie.
If one interprets the pro-life movement as a battle against the murder of innocents, then stealth, deceit, and disguise are recognized as valid tactics (jus in bello) of a just war (jus ad bellum).

Abortion is a neutrally moral action.
Maybe you could help me by pointing out where it says this in the bible joan. Since you make this claim as a Christian, specifically point me to the areas in the New Testament that support your statement that abortion is neither moral nor immoral.

joan, Lila Rose has stressed that there have been numerous civil lawsuits against PP for protecting statutory rape; in fact that’s where she got the idea for her stings.
Also (I tried to post this twice last night on the other thread, but it didn’t go through). The state of Alabama took Lila’s sting of PP in their state very seriously — they ended up being charged with numerous violations of state law.
(OK, I guess I’m not allowed to post links anymore? Well put “Birmingham” or “Alabama in the search box above and you will find the link to the PP in Alabama story).

Michelle, I was just going to point Joan that way too… In the Gosnell report, the police themselves indicated that the atrocities happened because pro-aborts turned a blind eye in defense of access to abortion, despite, multiple accusations and complaints.

Oh, first it was “they edited the tape!” (see full, unedited footage here: http://liveaction.org/blog/planned-parenthood-aids-sex-ring-full-footage/) and now it’s “B-b-but, you’re not s’posed ta LIEEEE!!!” Mmkay. I agree with Alice. Non-Jewish families hid Jewish families and lied to the authorities in Nazi Germany. Operators on the Underground Railroad lied and said there were no slaves in the house. Rahab lied to protect Israelite spies (and she’s an ancestor of Christ). I’m sure the Chinese Christians in the underground churches there would appreciate someone ratting them out to the authorities in the name of “honesty” so they can all be put into labor camps and/or killed.

PP may have fired one of its staff members, but what about the minors rights pamphlet referred to at 5:09 into the clip? The one the worker says has information to circumnavigate the law. Is that something handed out at all PP clinics? Firing one worker while others continue to hand out coaching materials is hardly addressing the issue. That PP even has a brochure on ways to sidestep legalities should be very telling in itself.

So let’s see if I get the pro-abort thing correct: Not ok to lie, but ok to murder children. Lying to get wrongdoing caught on video = wrong, but killing an innocent child for any reason at all = right. Have I understood correctly?
Jacob lied for his blessing. Peter lied and said he didn’t know Jesus. The scripture contains many instances where good people have told lies. Does it make their lies ok? Peter felt terrible remorse for his 3 lies, but Jesus gave him the opportunity to repair it 3 times when he asked, “Peter do you love me?” And to go further, Jesus gave Peter the means to repair his lie: take care of my flock, feed them.
LiveAction is doing a service by exposing Planned Unparenthood. Are they using lies? Obviously. And if it wasn’t saving lives, Joan and Biggz wouldn’t have their knickers in a bunch over it. Many internet pro-aborts have never met a bloody fetus they didn’t like. Joan, Jesus will give you as many chances to repair as you need. Step up to the plate and be a real woman, for a change. Even Norma McCorvey isn’t on your side anymore.

“Maybe you could help me by pointing out where it says this in the bible joan.”
That would be quite impossible, as abortion is not mentioned in the Bible at all. Which, curiously enough, has led to a divergence of opinions within Christianity about the morality of the procedure. Imagine that. It is not a universal belief in Christianity that abortion is wrong.
“joan, Lila Rose has stressed that there have been numerous civil lawsuits against PP for protecting statutory rape; in fact that’s where she got the idea for her stings.”
Have any of those civil lawsuits been successful? Particularly in light of the fact that civil actions have a much lower burden of proof to satisfy than criminal prosecutions?
“The state of Alabama took Lila’s sting of PP in their state very seriously — they ended up being charged with numerous violations of state law.”
So what happened with those? Were they successful?
“now it’s “B-b-but, you’re not s’posed ta LIEEEE!!!”
I haven’t made any such normative claim. I’m just pointing out that according to Christian morality, lying is always wrong, and so it’s a little curious to me to see professing Christians here essentially making a utilitarian argument in favor of inherently-dishonest ambush journalism.

thank you all for pointing out when trying to protect human life, the sin of the lie is smaller than the sin of the killing of innocents. One has to protect human life, short of being the aggressor.
Joan – have you ever told your young children it’s ok for women to have abortions to end the life of their children? What did their faces do? Contort? look at you in disbelief? Ask you why you support the killing of babies?
Abortion is in no way neutral – even if you wish it to be. It’s a purposeful death of an innocent human. Abortion is just as heinous as if you killed a two year old, your 10 year old, your teenager, your mother, your neighbor, your grandmother…
I hope that you will stop defending the defenseless. When one of our human species can be denied person-hood for any reason – the results is always abuse, violence and we are all in danger of having our rights taken away from others with power and the purpose to deny our person-hood.
Save all humans, in all situations, because we are in one family – the human family.

Sometimes, Joan, I just have to laugh. But it’s sad, because real live children are being murdered every day in this world. No matter how much blood, it’s never enough for you and Molech. Come on Joan, you wanna be a rebel? Then join us instead!

Joan, even pro-aborts at SOME point HAVE to acknowledge wrongdoing by their disciples..especially when it’s exposed to the light of day by people who have no position on the abortion issue. Interesting though how it took a totally unrelated drug bust raid by people who weren’t used to seeing the type of horrors that NARAL inspectors have grown used to seeing in order to get the ball rolling against Gosnell. I guess if he hadn’t branched his operation out from merely an abortion mill into a prescription mill, all of the baby and woman-butchering would still be going on today! How disappointing that must be for you…

Joan, the people who conducted the sting did not lie any more than Tom Cruise is a liar every time he is in a film and says his name is Joel Goodson or Ron Kovic, or whatever it might be. They were actors playing characters, and did it convincingly enough that other people didn’t realize they were actors and treated them as if they were their characters. Strangely enough, this tends to reveal the character of the people acting as themselves, whether they have a good character or a shoddy one.
If Planned Genocide had some freak attack of conscience in which they suddenly decided to care more about the women they butcher than their bottom line, and decided to send “secret shoppers” to its own clinics, would you call them liars, too?
Moreover, the actors did absolutely no harm whatsoever to any of Planned Parenthood’s other victims – err, ‘patients’, which is much more than can be said for PP employees themselves.

Yeah, ninek, I think joan’s argument is that abortion’s not specifically mentioned as “abortion” in the Bible, so it’s perfectly ok with God, but lying is “always” wrong, according to the Bible (though obviously, we’ve pointed out that people lied in Scripture to save lives – OH! forgot to mention the Egyptian midwives who lied and said they couldn’t kill the Israelite newborn baby boys because the women gave birth too quickly! Oh, those heinous liars – to whom the Bible says God was “kind.” Look it up – Exodus 1:18-20)

The bible does not mention the word Trinity – and yet as a tenant of our Christian faith – we believe that God is 3 persons in one. That is the Teaching.
So Joan – as a Christian – how do you stand on the Trinity, a core belief in our faith?

but of course, we will always need to return to the main topic – abortion purposely ends the life of a (pre-born) human…
Why are we defending this practice? Why are we making excuses for those who perform and support abortion? Why do we settle for this insult against humanity? Especially against those most vulnerable?

This so called clinic manager/idioso probably could only think of the big fat incentive bonus she would get if she got this huge new pimp client in with lots and lots of STDs to treat and abortions to commit. She was a true sleezy sales person through and through. She probably had stars in her eyes thinking of the annual PP awards banquet where she would get on stage to accept the “best clinic manager of the year” for her outstanding work, reaching out to the community to bring in more clients and more revune for PP.
It is just sickening. I read Abby Johnson’s book and she said PP made it very clear that the only difference between a for profit and non-profit is the tax status. they are there to make money and how do they accomplish it? Through abortion which brings in a substantial amount of revenue.

A few thoughts:
1. Let’s get this straight: Planned Parenthood is an organization sponsored by the Title X program. Title X is a bipartisan effort to provide family planning to women in need, and was enacted in 1970 through the Public Health Service Act. Adolescents can receive confidential care under this program. 33% of women who use Title X services do so at Planned Parenthood; 43% receive care at government-sponsored health department. The “conspiracy” to corrupt our nation’s youth actually begins at the Office of Population Affairs, not Planned Parenthood.
2. Anyone who provides health care to adolescents in this schizophrenic society realizes how delicate a position they’re in. Caught between parents who hate to believe they’re precious innocents are having sex, and the reality that yes, kids are having sex, providers are still responsible for providing adequate care to their patients. Requiring parental notification for sexual health services deters patients from seeking appropriate care. And a law that is intended to protect children from predators places teenagers in a strange crossfire. The average age at first intercourse in the United States is 17. At 18 our nation’s youth can be shipped off to war, but at 17 they are incapable of consenting to sex and are expected to get a parental signature for birth control? Hm.
Providers know they’re operating on risky terrain. Should a 14-year-old be having sex with a 22-year-old? Probably not. But if health care clinics aren’t seen by these women as safe havens in which to receive non-judgmental medical care, they’re not likely to seek those services at all. Put yourselves in the position of a teenager with an older boyfriend. Would you go get birth control, a Pap smear, or even prenatal care if you thought the doctor was going to call the cops on your boyfriend? Probably not. I’m not taking an explicit position on statutory rape laws, just saying that it’s important to realize that the situation is very nuanced, and this is the reality that like Lila Rose are wilfully ignoring.

I think I answered your question more than sufficiently.
If by “more than sufficiently” you mean “not at all” since the answers were “more” and “less,” then I suppose you could say that.
In Christian moral teaching, the moral character of an action is not defined by its end result. Are you disputing that? I don’t think you are.
Well, at least we agree on something.
So I guess what you’re asking me is if it’s ever Godly to act immorally, as long as it’s for a good cause?
No, what I’m asking you is much simpler. Are there cases where lying is not, in fact, immoral, Biblically or otherwise?
I don’t know. I can’t answer that.
Obviously. I’d hate to think what would’ve happened to slaves hiding in your house.
Maybe you could help me figure it out though by pointing out the “end justifies the means” clause in the Bible.
Maybe you could try understanding the actual question I’m asking and then ask for Biblical support for it.

By the way, Lila Rose is the definition of histrionic. I’ve got an idea! Let’s take an issue I don’t really care about/don’t want to take the time to understand and exploit it for my own political gain. Cha-ching!
As a supposed crusader for the rights of exploited young women, it’s curious that Rose has been entirely silent on the fact that the International Protecting Girls By Preventing Child Marriage Act was shot down by conservative lawmakers back in December. That’s right, Congress had an opportunity to take a moral stance on situations involving REAL, LIVE, EXPLOITED minors, (not a secret iphone video taken by some tarted-up college sophomore), and yet they did nothing. Nothing!

Should a 14-year-old be having sex with a 22-year-old? Probably not.
Probably not?? Megan, that’s called statutory rape. Even if the sex is “consensual” it’s still statutory rape. So, NO, a 14 year old should not be having sex with a 22-year-old (and frankly, a 14-year-old shouldn’t be having sex, period).

Joy: Well said! There are also documents from the early days of the Christian church that prove that authentic Christianity has always been pro-life. Here are just three:
From the Didache: “Thou shalt not murder a child by abortion nor kill them when born.”
St. John Chrysostom: “Why sow where the ground makes it its care to destroy the fruit? where there are many efforts at abortion? where there is murder before the birth? for even the harlot thou dost not let continue a mere harlot, but makest her a murderer also.”
St Basil the Great: “She who has intentionally destroyed [the fetus] is subject to the penalty corresponding to a homicide. For us, there is no scrutinizing between the formed and unformed [fetus]; here truly justice is made not only for the unborn but also with reference to the person who is attentive only to himself/herself since so many women generally die for this very reason.”
Notice that they equate abortion with murder. St. Basil makes a specific point of rejecting the Aristotelian distinction between “formed” and “unformed”. Even before microscopes and DNA tests, they knew that unborn children are people, because they were enlightened by God.

Nuanced?? It’s nuanced when a 14 year old CHILD has a 22 year old ADULT “boy”friend? Really? Wow. Just… wow, Megan. And it sounds like to me you believe the parents who think their kids might not be ready for sex at such a young age are the dolts here. Parental guidance is most definitely the biggest “enemy” to early sexual activity and possible resulting abortions. And have you noticed that in one breath, you call them “kids” and in the next “women?” Your views are a child predator’s dream.

Joan – I t blows my mind that you would make the lame excuse of abortion not being mentioned in the Bible.
There are many wrongdoings which are not specifically condemned by the Bible, but whose condemnation is obvious from the ten commandments and moral example/ teachings of Jesus. For example, wife beating is not specifically mentioned…. but God hates a violent man, and men are called to care for their wives as they are their own bodies, and sacrifice for them as Christ did the church (Eph 4). Likewise, Jesus welcomed all the little children unto him, and Scripture consistently condemns bloodshed of the innocent – including the infant sacrifices made to Baal/Molech.
You know full well that life contains situations in which one must choose the lesser of two evils – for example, lie to protect an innocent person from demise. And we are to choose to the best of moral determination based on Scripture teaching, not feelings, as poor-choice “Christians” would have us believe.

Luke 4:14-21 Jesus reads Isaiah scoll.
Where in Isaiah did he read from?
Did you catch that he didn’t finish reading the line from the scroll?
Where does he stop and why?
Now read Isaiah 63:1-6
Who is that a picture of? Who says “It is I, speaking in righteousness, mighty to save.”
Pay attention to lines 4-6.
In Luke, notice when Jesus said “Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.” he was careful not to finish reading the line from scroll – he cut it off mid-sentence.
Many accept Jesus as a sort of walking wuss – a punching bag, willing to accept any kind of punishment because they have focused solely on his suffering. His suffering was to free the prisoners.
What most forget is that He lives and that His life is much more than just the resurrection. Just because He came as a priest and prophet during His first coming, doesn’t discount that He returns as King and Redeemer.
Everything will be exposed and there will be no place to hide.

Megan,
That’s a shame.
Does it occur to you that the PP rep reacted all-too-positively and all-too-casually for this sting to have been the first time that she heard of this behavior? Does it occur to you that REAL, LIVE minors were being EXPLOITED for the gains of REAL LIVE pimps prior to the arrival of Lila Rose on the scene? Would you have been happier if this had been shot with the help of a REAL LIVE pimp and his REAL LIVE sex worker?
Yes, there are many injustices in the world. We are trying to right one great big injustice. I and many others on this blog do NOT identify as Republicans so please stop making the assumption that we all fit into the category of uneducated, stupid poor people who know no better or fat cat old men in suits all flying the banner of the GOP. Please stop trying to derail the thread on THIS injustice.

joan – read Exodus 21:22 Life for a life…
also read Leviticus 18:21
Would you like those in Hebrew?
Why would Moses write about not sacrificing children to Molech after listing off numerous illicit sexual relationships – almost all of which are upheld today?
Why, after listing off illicit sexual relations that could result in a child, does he write not to sacrifice children to Molech – then goes on to list illicit sexual relationships that can’t produce a child – (man on man, beastiality)?

Thanks Clarice! Great quotes.
Megan – yes the support of abortion is a population-control issue – especially by those who want to control the population of those ‘not like us.’ They are both Democrat and Republican alike and equally evil in scope.
When we decide that any particular population may be thought of as less human or not human, we are condemning ourselves as a people. We are undoing what we are meant to do – which is welcome all peoples – no matter the creed, color, economic status, location, functionality, dependency, sex, mental acuity or any other such measure.
If we are members of the human family – we have life in the womb and are meant to have life outside the womb unless nature intervenes – not man. We are meant to welcome our human neighbors – all of them – including our littlest neighbors in the womb.
love them all.

Deflect! Distract! Deflect! Distract!
LiveAction didn’t perform a sting on Congress, Megan.
When I first graduated from college, I went to PP because I didn’t have health coverage and I thought the Pill would be cheap there. It wasn’t; I actually paid the same later when I had coverage- But that’s not what was interesting about the experience. They asked me if I wanted them to use the name Penny Page when they called my phone number. I explained that I had my own apartment. But guess what? My roommates told me Penny Page had called. Now, not only does PP institutionalize the breakdown of the family unit and family communication, they are so accustomed to it, they couldn’t even break protocol for an ADULT. And this was many, many years ago. They haven’t changed. It is a tactic to put themselves between the minor and the parent. The tactic is: divide, conquer, and make a lot of “Blood Money.” They don’t do this to protect those few girls in abusive homes, they do this to MAKE MORE MONEY. Megan, Joan, why are you willing to be a mule for them? I’d respect you more for swallowing a condom full of heroin for a drug cartel. I have no respect for your continued efforts to be Margaret Sangers’ little B’s.

I wonder if Joan has the same criteria for judging lib proabort Bloomberg and his gun sting?
Um, no, age 17 is not typically considered “underage” for consent.
Correct. And a call to law enforcement isn’t usually the first call in the scenario Megan gives; it’d be to CPS. (She was saying something about histrionics?)Law enforcement may never even be involved. Depends. In either case, both CPS and law enforcement have protocols to deal with this, are experienced in dealing with this, and from my observation, do a pretty good job of being supportive, sensistive, and as respectful of privacy as possible.
Seems to me that Megan isn’t asking for “non-judgmental” treatment of these teens. She’s asking that the doctor judge the teen as not worthy of the legal protections afforded to her by the law by referring the teen for further investigation to be sure she isn’t being abused. (That 22 y/o boyfriend could be her English teacher, or the pedophile down the street. Others could also be at risk. There may be other aspects of endangerment, such as photos of the 14 y/o being posted online, provision of illicit substances, etc.) If the doc doesn’t report, he’s still imposing his morality/judgment onto the situation by choosing to disobey the law, by opting to make himself judge, jury, and investigator despite not having the legal authority to wear those hats.

Alienate or encourage compassionate workers to leave?
I’m quite sure that’s the case with the nurse practitioner. In many ways they probably feel trapped/conflicted, because they most likely believe they are doing good for those who need it, but in many ways that’s also a case of denial to the overall schemes of Planned Parenthood. It’s impossible to square the idea that pregnancies need to be reduced while the number of abortions performed is increased. Surrounded by co-workers who revile you has to be very, very difficult. Notice the manager wasn’t the compassionate one, but the one who kept the money coming.
Our PRC medical director is a former abortionist, who, by the grace of God, came to Christ and left Planned Parenthood.

The fact is that kids ARE having sex and deserve a place where they can get proper healthcare. And frankly, providers are put in a tough spot, and not only those “shady pp clinic workers.” Talk to any primary care provider who deals with this population. Adolescents are a tough population to serve. They’re scared. Sex is taboo, and if kids are afraid they’re going to get in trouble, they won’t seek healthcare. It’s really productive to take the moral high ground and pretend your daughters are oh-so-innocent while they’re being ravaged by HPV.
Divide and conquer, haha! That’s the best line I’ve ever heard. Have you considered, ninek, that PP renders very private services, and out of courtesy to you, tried to be discreet as possible? Oh no, breakin_teh_lawzz! Protect yr babies from all those evil Planned Parenthood succubi snatching yr babies away during Algebra and Homeroom. The solution, I guess, is just to put your kids on lockdown. Yay homeschooling!
Oh, and I’ll maintain: Lila Rose doesn’t give a rat’s behind about exploited sex workers. I’m sure she’ll look awfully pretty in those publicity shots, though.

PP encourages parents to allow children to explore themselves sexually and teaches that masturbation is good, and ALL sex is healthy and natural at any age. Holy smokes they go into public schools!!
Why do you hate parents that want better for their children than a pack of pills or a box of condoms?? I will not trust my children’s lives to chemicals and latex.
You have no idea what you are talking about(most likely because you aren’t a parent) and dare I say your posts are beginning to be quite hard to follow and take seriously.

Abby’s testimony is very powerful indeed. And if God can help convert any soul – as with Saul to Paul – He can deal with anyone.
Is anyone feeling God’s hand in the timing of all these revelations? Abby, the large March for Life, the exposure of the horrific abortionist/etc in Pennsylvania and now the expose of PP – all coming right before our next 40 days for Life? I am reeling over the quickness of events – the constant drumbeat of: abortion is evil and has to give way to better – the call for regular folk to get involved.
Amazing, truly amazing.

Meggy,
Do I detect just a hint of envy and/or jealousy or do you just despise femininity?
I have heard it said the feminist movement was created to give unattractive women access to the mainstream.
It does not follow that it is a requirement to make ones self ugly. If an attracive women, who just happen to be conservative and pro-life, foregoes trying to prove her ‘manhood’ she can actually make it on her intellect, initiiative and talent.
But it don’t hurt none if a lady is easy on the eyes.
Beauty is only skin deep but ugly goes all the way to the bone.

You took the words out of my mouth. I thought the very same thing. In any case, providing good adolescent health care and compliance with mandated reporter laws aren’t mutually exclusive things. I agree that adolescents can be challenging, but so are lots of other patient populations.
’m sure she’ll look awfully pretty in those publicity shots, though
I thought a woman’s appearance was supposed to be off limits. NOW had this to say about Elena Kagan: “Comments on Kagan’s experience, qualifications, philosophy and ideology are fair game and should give the media plenty to talk about. But her appearance and sexual orientation should be out of bounds.” Does NOW’s standard apply only to liberal women?

Megan,
Your arguments defending the clinic workier in the video are ridiculous at best. Yes… I am sure she broke the law with the undercover pimp and his sidekick because she got lost in her courageous efforts to make sure children have proper birth control and STD testing. Please. She was willing to even go to the extent of taking money under the table and give her cell phone number out to a PIMP. I am sure the parents of children who are coerced into the sex slave trade would be more than grateful for her concern. I am surprised she didn’t offer to run his east coast operation. Maybe that will come up in video release #2.

It’s a conspiracy that implicates elected officials at the highest levels of government, who can magically make criminal prosecutions go away with a wave of their magic wands.
I don’t think this would qualify as a federal crime, and with crimes that violate state laws, district attorneys have discretion about whether to go after particular offenders or not. Sometimes they don’t go forward with a case because they don’t think they can get a conviction with what they have. There have been murderers who walked free for years because the state needed more time to gather evidence against them. A criminal prosecution can’t go away if it hasn’t started, and I think it’s probable that the people who are in a position to prosecute Planned Parenthood don’t want to go to court when their main evidence is a video from a sting operation. Once someone’s charged with a specific crime, they have the right to a speedy trial. You don’t get time to find more evidence and you don’t get to bring them back to court again on that same charge if you find more evidence later.
Congratulations, Megan, for stooping to make comments about how a person looks. It really gives you the moral high ground.
When it comes to minor children, parents have the right to raise them as they see fit, provided “as they see fit” complies with the law. If parents don’t want their minor children to be sexually active, that’s their decision. Once the kids turn eighteen they can go on their merry sexual way, but minors are minors and their parents are responsible for them. Planned Parenthood is required by law to report any suspected sexual abuse. In this case, the minors are fictional and it would be difficult to prosecute. It doesn’t mean, however, that this isn’t a clear expose of how they conduct their business.
On the subject of whether Lila Rose is associated with James O’Keefe or not, I don’t think it matters if she was associated with him before he started acting creepy and prentending to seduce reporters with the purpose of humiliating them. Sometimes you like what you know of a person, and then you find out something you didn’t know and that changes. Trying to discredit Lila Rose by saying she was once associated with James O’Keefe is like trying to discredit Ann Rule (probably the best true crime writer in America) because she used to be friends with Ted Bundy…back when he was her crisis hotline buddy and before she found out that oh yeah, he was a serial killer.

If parents were confident they’ve raised their kids to hold “proper” values, then there wouldn’t be this huge freakout about Planned Parenthood’s oh-so-sinister tactics to lure the young’ins into the clinic. You can hope and pray that your kids will choose “better,” but if they don’t, then thank goodness they can access sexual health services.
“So are lots of other patient populations.”
No, they’re not, actually. Adolescents are a whole different ball game. They’re hard-to-reach and distrustful, especially when they fear reproach from adults. And when the threat of mommy or daddy finding out looms over jr.’s heads, jr. can’t do a cost-benefit analysis to save his life. He’ll wait until his penis falls off before he gets a check-up.

Im not surprised that PP did this around 2004 Fighting4Defenseless: 30,000 Children Put to the Hands of Molesters
The latest court ruling against USJF accepted the arguments of Planned Parenthood that there is a First Amendment right to promote adult-child sexual relations ( i.e., through the “Unequal Partners” program) and that children have a privacy right that outweighs any interest in finding the molester who might have given a toddler a sexually transmitted disease. The San Diego Superior Court also accepted the notion that “no reasonable” attorney would ever argue anything to the contrary and based a $15,000 fine on this claim. One would like to believe that “no reasonable human being” would argue that children have a right of privacy that includes a right to be molested, even at five years of age.

Why does Planned Parenthood cover up for sexual predators that prey on children and fight for little kids sexual rights? Because they use Alfred Kinsey’s sex science which is based on child sexual abuse.

Sandy,
What about the stupid video? Film always works to the filmmaker’s advantage, especially in the ability to splice, splice, splice. Oh yes, this appears very damning indeed, but why are two whole minutes gone from the middle? Also, it’s typically protocol that a clinician sees a patient privately. Did this happen? And if so, where is the footage? We also have no idea whether this Woodruff woman was complying to gather more information, or she really was aiding and abetting. And even if this were true, she says in the video that what she was doing was strictly against Planned Parenthood’s policies. Oh, and the firing the employee part. LiveAction revealed this woman’s name and location, and already the clinic is getting bomb threats. What company wants that kind of liability on their hands? Bye-bye, Amy.
Oh yes, I’m rationalizing everything under the sun. The fact is that Rose’s tapes are so shoddy and incomplete. They leave so many questions to be asked, and even someone with an agenda should be asking those questions.
And finally, it’s really sad that everyone is acting like Lila Rose actually busted a sex trafficking ring. But she didn’t. She’s not even going after sex traffickers, or alerting people to legislation that could help underage, exploited women. She’s trying to dismantle an organization that provides preventive sexual health services to thousands of, yes, adolescents and LOW-INCOME women every year. She’s trying to bring low an organization that is supposed to offer care to all women, from the sex worker to the middle class mom of 3. If people had adequate healthcare, then there wouldn’t even BE a need for Title X clinics.

http://liveaction.org/blog/planned-parenthood-aids-sex-ring-full-footage/
There you are.
As for the PP policies, I’ve worked for more than one employer who had one policy and a different practice. Amy Woodruff seems to find her fellow counselor a conspirator in crime, as well as the front desk agent, Karin. And what about past LiveAction stings on PP clinics? See here here and here
This isn’t exactly an isolated example of reprehensible moral conduct. It is an isolated example of this reprehensible moral conduct. And it is, without editing and without doubt, a real example of her terrible misconduct.
Even assuming that PP from the top does not condone this sort of behavior, there is clearly a pattern. It is evident that PP attracts these sorts of employees (among others, I’ll gladly agree). What do you think can be done to “put a lid on it”?

Wow – I guess you (Megan) don’t like Lila very much.
I’d much rather have a regular clinic help women, especially the low income one. Abortion providers have an agenda – a destructive one at that.

Megan,
Any idea how long it took Woodruff to call the police after these two left her office? Just asking. I would hope she would be on the phone immediately, maybe even trying to get a license number or an idea of where they were walking off to.
She could have had a co-worker call the police while she did the observing. Its not like they had threatened her to keep silent or else.
Also, why wouldn’t PP stand behind an employee who had truly done the right thing? I would think any employer would be proud to stand behind an employee who truly did the right thing, not issue a public statement condemning her.
Its not like this is the first and only time PP employees have been caught willing to circumvent the law. Also, it was rather embarassing when a PP employee was caught on tape being only too happy to accept a “donation” from a “donor” who specified the donation was racially motivated and it must be used to abort an African American woman.
Ohhh, that was a tad embarassing. That employee also got the boot.

Perhaps you don’t find any other patient population challenging to work with. Many of us do.
Adolescents are a whole different ball game.
In some respects, yes. But it’s not necessary that the bases be loaded against them, as your rhetoric would have us believe.
And when the threat of mommy or daddy finding out looms over jr.’s heads, jr. can’t do a cost-benefit analysis to save his life. He’ll wait until his penis falls off before he gets a check-up.
Switching gears again? Talking about parental notification instead of predation/abuse now?
He’ll wait until his penis falls off before he gets a check-up.
You and your histrionics. Have yet to see a penis that was severed due to an STD. I see lots of minors who come in for STD treatment despite our compliance with parental notification laws. If you want to be taken seriously, how about sticking to the facts instead of lapsing into drama?
she says in the video that what she was doing was strictly against Planned Parenthood’s policies
I still want to know about the brochure. Did the worker print it up for her own personal use with clients? Or was it a PP brochure that is still being given out? If it’s against PP’s policies to help minors get around the law, or to enable child predators, why is PP handing out a brochure with guidance on that very thing?

Thank you for sharing. I know that I, anyway, do not take it lightly. I do think that God is putting people out there to work in all sorts of ways towards His Glory, and perhaps the constant exposure of ill deeds is Lila’s place, but I can see what you are saying about her lack of connection to those who are hurt by the abortion industry…all of those hurt. Perhaps with time this will develop, but in the meantime I’ll keep her in my prayers. Could you perhaps share some of the links you mentioned with us in this venue, in case there are searching women out there who stumble across them? As unlikely as it may be, we should not discount the possibility, I think.

I’m going to let Megan’s sentence qualify since she’s misspelled words to be shrill even if babies itself was actually spelled correctly. So Megan, in YOUR HONOR I am going to include an extra fiver to Lila. Get that Megan? I’m going to write “FOR MEGAN THE PRO-CHOICE COMMENTER” on the memo line of the check, as God is my witness! Thank you for your understanding of my heart on this. Here are some links… Sadly, there are less than a hundred beds for these children right now in the United States. The average age of children being procured for trafficking now is between 12 and 14. Some as young as 11. Some younger. The average life span after the age of entry into “the life” is seven years. It happens before our very eyes almost daily, but we need to know the signs for which to look.
Okay, I am trying again… Here are some links…

What are the laws, in New Jersey, about taping somebody without their permission? And if a “pimp” comes into a Planned Parenthood with a girl who says that she thinks she has an STD, should PP turn that girl away? Bottom line is that the “pro-life” movement want to shut down Planned Parenthood so that poor women will be forced to have babies or resort to back alley or self induced abortions. Meanwhile, the daughters of my more affluent peer group will be able to get all the abortions they want from their physician.
Class warfare – you betcha!

Yay, it worked! :)
I’ve added these links to my blog. It’s somewhat of a whatever-strikes-me-as-significant blog but perhaps they can do some good.

Ninek,
The charity would have to be non-abortion-related in nature. No way am I donating to PP.

There goes CC. Fingers in her ears.
CC, they SHOULD have REPORTED the incident IMMEDIATELY.
Of course they should be treated for STDs. They should also be REPORTED to the proper AUTHORITIES WITHOUT trying to CIRCUMNAVIGATE the LAW.
I put the important stuff in CAPS for you so that you could GET IT. :)
But you already knew that. Your straw man arguments are fun. Still praying for you.
God Bless.

CC - Why don’t you lobby for the sterilization of males? Certainly their predations are the root cause of your misery as well as the misery of many others. How bout attempting to make them all eunuchs?
Why must the solution be foisted on the poor girls?
You’re being a bit misogynistic…

Caron,
Thank you for all you do to help these young people. It seems that by this videogoing viral that much more publicity will be given to the issue of sex-trafficking. I don’t fault Lila for focusing on what her area of concern is.
PP is a machine of lies. They will stop at nothing to get and protect what they have and want. When I passed legislation in my state to give women who miscarry the right to be given information on fetal disposition, PP was front and center spewing lies regarding our intent and those who were working with us to pass this piece of legislation.. So was NARAL Pro Choice America. These bastions of “choice” were so very afraid our bill (excuse me while I vomit a little) “would chip away at a women’s right to choose”. They stopped at nothing to lie and manipulate the system.
They fight hard to give women a right to abort their babies, but fought hard to take away a woman’s right to know her options on how to bury her baby.

MaryRose, That’s great! I see you have Operation Outcry on there also. I was their CA State Leader for 6 years and their National Director for 2 years. God bless you!

Thank you, Sandy. I agree, PP is a machine of lies… I hope you can see the heart behind what I was saying. God bless!

CC says: February 2, 2011 at 6:26 pm
1. “What are the laws, in New Jersey, about taping somebody without their permission?”.
2. “And if a “pimp” comes into a Planned Parenthood with a girl who says that she thinks she has an STD, should PP turn that girl away?”
3. “Bottom line is that the “pro-life” movement want to shut down Planned Parenthood”…
===========================================================
CC,
1. I am sure the same local authorities who’s responsibility it is to enforce laws against sexual predators, will enforce whatever laws there may be about ‘consent’ to be recorded.
What if Lila actually obtained footage of a gang rape of a fourteen year girl, but did not get the permission of the rapists.
Would you still be offerring up lame apologies for pimps and madams?
2. I suppose if the girl is old enough to give her consent for a pelvic exam, then she is old enough to engage in sex with as many people, animals or foreign objects she chooses. [Do you think PP will supply the batteries?]
But if the girl is under the age of consent and the pimp is not her mother, father or legal guardian, then as a ‘medical clinic’ the staff have both a fiduciary responsibility and a legal obligation to report suspected sexual abuse of a minor. [As if your primary concern is a minor girl with an std going untreated. I would say you are about as concerned about this girls welfare as her pimp.]
3. Well I have to give credit where credit is due. You got this one half right. We do want to see PP disestablished, defunded and shut down.
Women will do what women will do, but as one of our more insightful commenters put it so well,
“Your body, your ‘choice’? Your responsibility, your money!”

The troll, CC, once again admits abortion kills babies and has no moral compunction about it whatsoever:
“Meanwhile, the daughters of my more affluent peer group will be able to get all the abortions they want from their physician. Class warfare – you betcha! The rich get rich and the poor get babies, ain’t we got fun!!!!”

Joan claims:
“I haven’t made any such normative claim. I’m just pointing out that according to Christian morality, lying is always wrong, and so it’s a little curious to me to see professing Christians here essentially making a utilitarian argument in favor of inherently-dishonest ambush journalism.”
This is silly. You are not here to reason, but to disrupt. Your attempt to co-opt Christian principles with a hyper-technical, puritanical and holier than thou moralizing falls flat on its face. It really is lame.
According to your standards if a person took a car that did not belong to him in order to take a dying person to the hospital then he would be guilty of theft. Indeed, the founder of Christianity would Himself be guilty of violence and the destruction of private property (driving the money changers out of the temple). I suppose too that you would say that Christ could be blamed for contributing to alcoholism and all of its attendant social and personal travails because instead of condemning the use of alcohol he actually made some (and I might add, some exceptional wine at that).
Joan claims:
“That would be quite impossible, as abortion is not mentioned in the Bible at all.”
When asked what is the greatest of the commandments Christ did not rattle off the 10 commandments—I suppose you would say because He did not mention them explicitly then He did not support them. The same with abortion. It is very clear from Holy Scripture that abortion was and is considered a grave moral failing. Of course you can find one of the 30,000 plus Christian denominations to support anything you would like.
Oh, and as for lying, if you are looking for a good example of what lying really is I would think you should take this up with your hero, Barack Obama. How about when he slandered pro-lifers—or is it OK to lie to suit the purposes of saving his own hide when presented with the facts? He took the coward’s way out.

CC-
It would be beneficial to your online integrity if you read what you typed before posting.
“….should PP turn that girl away?”
1. No one here is arguing the girl should not get treated somewhere for an STD, or that even that they should turn a prostitute away. They simply need to report it (which none of them did – why aren’t you, a mother, writing about that?!).
2. The clinic worker not only encouraged her to come back WITH HER PIMP but that she should “help” him streamline these abused minors so that they could get ’em in-n-out with (specifically!) as little information as possible.
3. In PP’s genuine *concern* expressed for the underage prostitute, was there even one question about the atrocities she was exposed to – or some sort of hint that she might like to come in WITHOUT the pimp for her PROTECTION?
I could go on, but I sincerely hope that is enough to have you reevaluate.
The “forced to have babies” was a bit much. Come on, think about this! As has been shown by lawsuits against abortion clinics (including good ol’ PP) for not reporting rape and incest, it is much much easier to keep victims in line when they are not walking around with the proof of the abuse. As for “forced parenthood” forget it, do NOT go there with me. I have witnessed every type of adoption on the planet, for different age groups, ethnicities and disabilities.
Women desparate to end pregnancies need support and love, not the angel of death, CC.

Say what you will but did the PP employee call police the minute these two left the building? If she had then PP might have a leg to stand on.

MaryRose, good point. We’d have to agree on “neutral” charities, like maybe a depression or substance abuse type charity? I’ve heard there are waiting lists for rehabs.

That, I could support :)

“Proof of the abuse.” Gross. So babies are meant to be treated as evidence of wrongdoing? How dehumanizing.

Just wondering…if the videos really were “heavily edited” to give the viewer a false impression of what Amy Woodruff was trying to say and she got fired as a result of what appeared on said “heavily edited” tapes, shouldn’t she be hiring the meanest attorney she can find to sue PP for wrongful termination?
AM great question. We should hear that she is suing PP for at least a couple of million for “wrongful termination” would be good turn of events since PP specializes in “wrongful termination” (pun intended) and death of innocent unborn babies at $400-500 a pop.

AM and PLL,
Indeed a good point. So if this is all a serious misunderstanding then certainly any number of liberal lawyers should be ready to pounce on this, even donating their services to both PP and this employee.
